Mice and roach infested was eating here the other day and a rodent went running across my feet. Bathrooms are horrible holes in the tiles. Don’t get me started on management. The light skin guy with the piercing claiming he was a manager was useless left the bartender hang while he woddled around blaming today’s experience on previous management. My food eggrolls were ice cold. Fries were ice cold. Complete waste out bartender managed to make us great drinks and was sincerely apologetic about all the mistakes when I asked him why management was so nonchalant he just shock his head and kept making drinks for the rest of the restaurant and bar. His face when we told him a mouse just ran across our feet was unbelievable he apologized repeatedly again told us he get the manager who never came we paid our bill gave D our bartender great tip. if you happen to step by don’t eat here if D is behind the bar definitely get a drink he can literally make anything

It’s gonna be painful to write this but I have to tell the truth as I always do. This place has tumbled downhill. Used to be my favorite restaurant location. But amidst all the other negative reviews, I’ll add mine. Did an interview here a few months ago as they open at 11. Once that was done at 11:30 I go to another table to eat. All I ordered was a triple dipper! It’s what I get everytime & I wasn’t starving since the fries & chips wit queso cane out hot in 5 minutes. Yet, I waited over a half hr with the place practically empty no check-up no food. At that point I told them cancel the order as it was now past noon & I still didn’t have three small appetizers. Went to king of prussia had a great time. A fall from grace, whoever must’ve taken over management is running this place into the ground

The is the absolute worst location. I placed an order via door dash, and they had to send 2 different drivers and I still ended up canceling my order. I ordered an hour before my lunch so it would be here on time. When a customer is spending 40.00 for pasta the least you could do it get it to them on time. Not to mention I made several attempts to reach someone by phone but to no avail. The last two times I've order from City Ave location the service was horrible. I won't give them a third time to disappoint.

I needed coffee and they didn’t have hot or cold coffee. Why do a customer have to ask for their recipe? I like keeping records of my speeding whether I pay by cash or credit. Also there’s rewards that can be done with the receipt. I didn’t realize I didn’t have mines until I got home. This is upsetting to me that you don’t automatically give the customer their receipt. I didn’t get the chance to scan for my reward there.

This is the worst experience I’ve ever had at a restaurant. The service was hands down awful.came with my family to have a nice time from the door the hostess just told me and who ever walking in; it’s a 10-15min wait and didn’t take no names or phone numbers so they can call you and tell you when it your turn to be seated. They were seating people by guess . Finally sat down with the family and the waitress took our order and forgot to ask what we wanted to drink. The atmosphere was like waiting in line at a McDonald’s in west Philly and watching two people about to fight for ketchup.when we ordered our food only two out of four things came on the plate just to let you know how bad it was in there smh never again

A friend and I had a horrible customer service experience yesterday . I would not recommend this place to anyone. Waitesses and staff need to be retrained or fired. They were out of some main food and drinks. Our Waitess was not paying attention to our orders, and it took forever to get our food ?. And the quality of food did not taste very good ?

We went there for lunch today at 12:30 p.m. We sat at the bar. We asked the bartender, a young Spanish lady if we could sit at the bar. She replied, we opened late. She seemed annoyed. She then put menus out. We asked if we could have a beer. She tested all of the taps and said that she had one or two drafts only. She did not make any sense and seemed put off. We felt un-welcomed and told her that we would leave to let her continue her work. 2/1/2024 is the date of this post and time was 12:40 p.m. She did not know how to communicate and we were confused if they were opened or not. She gave no clear answer. I was just confused. When asked to clarify the status of the restaurant being open or not she said nothing.

Can't really rate because every time I go, no matter what time of day it's a 35-40 min wait and it's not nowhere near crowded, I counted ten people on sat many tables open including the bar on 1-27-2024 and the lady said the wait time was 40 min.I won't try again.

Food- not good, overcharged for soda, had to ask many times for dipping sauces that then weren’t what was requested when they arrivedService- non existent, order taken and food brought out, no follow up/careAtmosphere- so so dirty, entire place needs deep cleaned, I don’t even want to know why we were given plasticware to dine withWrote to corporate and requesting a full refund for the meal and horrible experience.

I don't remember the last time I was at a Chili's, so it was time for a revisit. We ordered a full rack of ribs to share. You can get them 2 of the 3 ways (bbq, honey Chipotle and dry rub). We ordered half bbq and half dry rub and it's accompanied with fries and Mac and cheese. I would give the ribs a C. The dry rub could have been heated up a little more and was slightly cold. The bbq sauce was just alright. A bit disappointing for a dish that has its own song. We also had a side of chili, which was hearty, texas style (no beans) and just the right amount of spice. Enjoyed this.I will return for another visit since our server, Ronald, made it return worthy and served us well. Next time we will try the $10.99 lunch specials and get burgers (which comes with fries) and a starter. Saw other tables orders and they looked quite large and good. Or the fajitas (not a lunch special but fairly priced).
