Worst service ever

No customer service at all. They just stare at you when you walk in. No greeting or anything. Waited almost 5 minutes in an empty store for my pickup order. And I finally ate the cinnamon roll and wow. The worst cinnamon roll I’ve ever had. The dough tasted like a pretzel, it was so doughy and dense and nasty. The glaze lacked flavor but the cinnamon flavor was okay. I don’t think the photo captures the bad texture of the dough but this was not a good cinnamon roll by any stretch of the imagination..

Good food and friendly staff, good sitting arrangements. One thing should be taken care of - the tables are very sticky, need to be cleaned off thoroughly.

The food is always a hit. It’s just the FOH staff that makes it seem like we’re bothering them. When I go in the morning, the person is always pleasant. Everytime I go in the afternoon it’s as if I interrupted them. I understand we sometimes have our days but the customer is the reason for your sadness, especially if I just walked it.

Overall, the place is very nice. Staff we're nice. I'd give it 5 stars, but its location is a challenge to get to because of the construction that's going on, but it is worth it
