I ordered dinner and I watched the driver get out of his car, rearrange the orders, mark mine as delivered, and pulled off without delivering my food. Called the store and they said this is nothing to worry about and he is just making other deliveries!

RaRa was the best assistant manager he was patient while taking our order and gave deals to make our order cheaper. But whoever the manager was gave us a hard time when trying to pay. We’re not from here and all she did was be rude and hang up on us she was terrible and does not belong in customer service.

Even though they are short staffed and the wait for delivery was longer than usual because of being short staffed ...it was worth the wait the delivery man was vwey pleasant and I could see he was working hard the manager Mahogany was was very pleasant and they are all about pleasing the customer

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS LOCATION. General manager Mark was completely oblivious to the fact that we were waiting for almost 2 hours for a pizza. He claimed the tracker was faulty and not accurate. He claimed he would call the driver and placed me on hold. The driver changed the order status to complete in the tracker so I went outside and he was parked at the corner with the dominos sign on the top. He started driving off and I shouted to him, he stopped for a minute and then pulled off again while being recorded. Piss poor service. Fire the GM and the delivery driver.

You made my night last night (Mon 9/23/24)! Even though something went wrong when placing the order online—a topping went missing. And the pizzas arrived late. (There was only one driver.) But they were warm, and well made. When calling about the one missing topping, which never made it to the order apparently, a very calm, polite voice on the phone said, they’ll rectify it anyway. They’ll send another one over immediately. This was after 10:30pm! I thought it wouldn’t arrive. And yet there it was, warm, perfect proportions at the door step. THANK YOU.
