Drove all the way from Center City to experience Five Guys and it was a great experience! The staff were very friendly! The restaurant was clean and well cared for. Thank you for the great hassle free experience!

The burgers & fries are still the best tasting of all the burger joints. But, to either my surprise or dismay, i learned they use peanut oil to cook with! I have to research the health implications eating foods cooked in peanut oil. Still taste friggin amazing 🤩

Delicious burgers and cajun fries. The shake was great too. They got my order wrong so check your order. but they fixed it with no issue and made me fresh fries. So it did take longer than I expected.

I’ve been going to this location for a couple years now. I can’t rave about it enough. Super courteous, friendly, and hardworking staffs. They’re efficient and yet are able to keep an upbeat atmosphere not only amongst each other but with customers as well. They apologized on multiple occasions for the “wait.” It was barely a wait. I asked if they have a Coke Zero (which unfortunately don’t have) so I passed on it. While a staff member was leaving to end their shift, they passed by me and asked if I got my coke. It was such a small gesture but really goes to show how much they take care of the customers.

My receipt shows a lot more than what my burger ended up having. Please see pictures. I didn’t make a fuss as I didn’t pay for the toppings. However I asked for 5 toppings of which I got one.

We usually go to the establishment with no problem spending our money. But these kids working they’re extremely lazy, they told my husband they don’t sell onions between two patties . That’s all he asked for instead of a lettuce wrap he wanted to onions grill with a patty between them these kids are lazy one star.
The fact that that would’ve been less work as crazy.

This location has a very good staff of people. They have always been incredibly friendly and considerate towards me and the accuracy/preparation of my food. I definitely recommend coming here to get to know the great people here, and to enjoy great food in a clean environment.

Thank you *oh so much* for forgetting ALL 3 ORDERS OF FRIES, and cracking the milkshake cup so I had chocolate shake spilling everywhere. Such a disgrace.

I had to make this review. I'm a fudrutgers burger fan & when I had my 1st 5guys burger, I almost cried. Such a close 2nd choice. Now I'm a major fan of 5guys but not just for the food, the crew at this location is so awesome fron the times I went in person. The crews were always nice, considerate, fun to watch as they interact with each other but the service is just awesome. Then I did an Uber order & the food still so good, no cutting back on the fries. All I can say is Thank you to the workers at 5guys at Bala plaza. Thank for your service, your smiles & great preparation of the food. May God bless you with the future He has planned for you.
