The chain is solid fast casual with healthy options - I grab take out lunch from here at least once a week. Mostly posting this as a shout out to the woman who appears to be the store manager, or who at least runs the air traffic control on all pickup orders. She is amazing, and the fact that she knows even one customer's name given the volume of orders she is overseeing is amazing. Great example of someone giving a little more than the average person might, and in turn creating the kind of customer experience that makes you leave with both your food and a smile.
