I recently visited & the employee there, Isa was a PHENOMENAL help and provided great customer service!!! The seasonal cookie was sold out and Isa had helped recommend and suggest other alternatives. He was a great addition to my visit.

I was there yesterday 3/13/24 and bought 1/2 dozen of chocolate chunk cookies. I don't know who made these cookies but they didn't bot taste good! I spit it out after one bite! It didn't taste done! I asked my son to taste it he agreed it didn't taste the same! Please fix this ! Just Horrible !
5 stars isn't enough for Insomnia Cookies! Their late-night cookie delivery service is a game-changer. The cookies are always fresh, warm, and delicious. The staff is friendly and efficient. Insomnia cookies is the brand is awesome. But the reason why this particular and saw me a cookies get 4 stars instead of 5 is because there's absolutely no parking. If you're a college student that's walking there. It's perfect, but if you're driving by you gotta go into the neighborhoods to park. You cannot park on city ave. You may be able to park across the street, but it's still inconvenient.
