A unique restaurant in today's day and age. A throwback to a relaxed civilized evening with attentive service excellent food (try the squid ink pasta special), ability to hear each other across table and good value. I don't want to go anywhere else.

I've seen this restaurant from 76 since I was a little kid. It exceeded my expectations. Phenomenal service by the staff. And the ambience is the best Italian restaurant in Philly. I will be back at least once every 6 months. The food is that GREAT. Deserves 6 stars!

We had reservations for 9...which that time was very late for us! We didn't get seated until 9:50 With no apologies!! Clearly they way overbooked! To say the long hots were spicy is an understatement!! Uneditable!! The prices are high and the food was lukewarm. Tony our server was miserable at the end of our visit! We had 2 forms of payment and he said what about the tip?? He then looked at the table and saw the cash for tip and said ohhhh? For yrs we wanted to dine at this restaurant and it was very disappointing!

La Collina is now one of our go-to restaurants. The menu has something for everyone, and the kids loved their meals just as much as we did. My lasagna was layered perfectly and packed with flavor. The portions are generous, and the presentation is beautiful. The servers were patient, kind, and made us feel welcome. Excellent restaurant for both families and couples.

Dining at La Collina feels like visiting a family-owned trattoria in Italy. The flavors are authentic, and you can tell everything is prepared with care. The bruschetta was fresh and flavorful, and my chicken parm was tender with the perfect amount of cheese. The service was friendly and fast, and the whole experience was truly enjoyable. Highly recommend!

Showed up ahead of 7p reservation and were seated at 7:45p with no apologies by host. Rowdy group next to us weren’t prompted to be more respectful of nearby guests. Very good food overall and lovely waitstaff.

Had get together dinner with sisters and friends night before Thanksgiving . All of us had different entrees . They all were excellent. I had one of the specials, crab ravioli which had a delicious sauce and adequate portion size. Enjoyed the food and service was right on point. Confidently highly recommend LA COLLINA …..
