The cheesesteak that I had from this place was delicious. I got the bread lightly toasted, salt, pepper, ketchup, little bit of mayo, Little bit of fried onions. The bread was toasted just how I wanted it ?. Also the guy up front had great customer service skills, very polite.
Having spent a good amount of my youth slaving over the grill at Dalessandro’s in the 70’s & 80’s I know a good cheesesteak when I eat one, and I can honestly say that I just had the BEST cheesesteak at Mama’s Pizzeria (they stopped making pizza) in Bala Cynwyd. It was tasty to a T and a real belly buster that will keep you full for the whole day. Try on and I’m sure that you will agree. Amazing sandwich.
Ate here upon the recommendation of a dear friend who has been eating here for DECADES!!! We ate here together for lunch and the food was great!!! We had cheesesteaks and chicken cheesesteak hoagies - both were DELICIOUS!! My husband has never eaten a cheesesteak without lettuce, tomato, and mayo, but here, HE DID, and he said it was the BEST cheesesteak he ever ate, so that should tell you something for sure about the great quality and taste of the food!!! It was sooooo good...
