My friend and I had the most exceptional experience at Olive Garden in Bala. And the reason behind this wonderful experience was a most refreshing waiter named Raven!! He was charming he was professional he was friendly He was thoughtful. I could go on and on. He made my birthday a day to remember. He was so delightful we asked to speak to the manager to tell him how pleased we were with the food and especially the service. And I'd like to give kudos to the manager...
It had been a while since I visited the City Avenue location in Philadelphia, Pa. I was pleasantly surprised at the warm atmosphere and set-up of the restaurant. I was also delighted, by the staffs response when I made them aware that a portion of my entree was overcooked. Two of the managers, and two servers did everything, within their power, to make things right. Our experience was absolutely amazing! Raven was our server and we will be asking for Raven the next time we come here! 10/10 experience, can not recommend this establishment enough!
