Visited this Qdoba last night and the service was exceptional! The staff was super polite but they also made the experience fun . I love the fact that the line was super clean seeing as how busy they were . Great service all the way around . Will definitely be coming here more often .
Kid-friendliness: My son was with me and the manager made sure to play with him and offer him some chips and it made his day .

It was my first time in this place a few nights ago, but it definitely won't be the last. The food was outstanding, and the service was equally on par. I usually don't dine in much these days, however it's a very chill atmosphere if you're looking for a late lunch or dinner. The manager and staff were extremely pleasant. Very great first experience.

I got food poisoning here and corporate is dodging my emails. Clearly they're not taking action so I'm posting here in hopes of saving someone.
Please don't eat here. I was violently ill for 24 hours. Prior to being ill (I'll spare the details), I hadn't consumed anything but Qboda. And yes, I've reached out to corporate. They have yet to respond to my email. I'm sure the manager will offer me thoughts and prayers. 🙄

Didn’t like the food service (dry during my dine-in experience. They did not listen well while I asked for my order of the Impossible bowl. I added pico de gallo, black beans, and onions among other ingredients—I didn’t get the black beans or onions. They have plenty of space and it’s clean. They do have a Coca-Cola soda fountain, which is a plus.
Wheelchair accessibility: They need to provide better entry access.

Used this Qdoba to cater an event with ~75 people. Food was delicious and they were great! Extra shout out to the person who delivered the food - sorry again to make you go up and down the stairs so many times (our event was on the second floor of a brewery with no elevator).

Service is fine but quantity consistency is all over the place. You sometimes get 60%, you sometimes get 120% of portion. But in general, portion size has gone down and rice portions have gone up significantly.
Staff is always ill-mannered. Definitely my last visit here.

Atmosphere was ok and staff were cool but After a burrito I found plastic in it, what if I had swallowed that?, and they had a magic maker stuck in the tomatoes smh won’t be back to this one sadly if I try qdoba again.

This place is gross! The lady at the register touched my food with the same gloves she previously touched the register. offended by me asking to remake my order, she reacted with rudeness and became argumentative. Sorry, you can have it! LUNCH ON ME 🤢

I just left this store with my two children a few minutes ago and i must say i am shocked! It’s not often i come across chain restaurants where the workers acrualky have GREAT customer service. What’s even more surprising is that all 3 people who were involved with my order were amazing. I am almost in disbelief. They have made my day!! I will be going to this location for now on!
