I ordered multiple bowls, and when receiving my protein they were very light on the serving. I’m talking half a spoon full. When asking for a little more because the serving was small the server looked to his right and said that would be an extra 3.00$. I said I didn’t receive my full serving in the first scoop, and just kept it moving. Then the same happened with the Guacamole. So, I grabbed my food and decided not to grab any extras because the service was not great. Next, I went to start eating my food in the car and it was cold 🥶, the queso was tasteless and watery, there was no flavor . I just left, because I know that letting them know about my food was going to be a hassle too.

Qdoba please do better. I ordered a taco bowl and there is NO SEASONING on anything! The rice is bland, the chicken has no type of seasoning or flavor, the chuolo chicken (which I got a side of for an extra $3) tastes like meat with a bunch of hot sauce, the corn is bland and so is the pico. I don’t know what happened with you guys seasoning your food but y’all may need to start. $15 down the drain I think that Chipotle has y’all beat in spite of the free queso and guacamole.

They give you the smallest scoop of stuff and I have officially concluded that's Chipotle is better. Qdoba needs more seasoning on their meat!
Other than there being a leak in the front of the restaurant, the service was great. The food was so on point. The portion sizes were good and my mom couldn’t put the bowl down.

I ordered them over the Internet when I got to the restaurant they were just had started making my order. They had a new guy who was handling the Internet orders and he didn’t very much know what he was doing. I got two burritos and the chips with the cheese sauce Very disappointed in the quality. My order was supposed to be ready at 9:35. I was not able to get my order until 950 will not be visiting this location again very disorganized.

The team working here is down right awful. I’ve ordered delivery from here many of time, most if not every order is incorrect. I have a hard time wrapping my head around it because it says what to put in the item. Hell, it even says it on the receipt when I get my delivery.
I also visited this store in person. The guy working the register couldn’t remember he charged me 10 cents for a bag and was baffled when I wondered why he didn’t hand my order to me in a bag.
Stay away. Go to chipotle down the road.

Haven't been to this one in a while. My VPN somehow caused me to not have access to the app. But the mgr. Looked me up by my phone number from the register and was able to let me take advantage of a great bogo free promotion. My food tasted great and they don't reduce portions at this store!
