If you want a place to get Nigerian food, you just hit the jackpot. I had egusi soup, jollof rice, suya and meatpie, and I had absolutely no complaints.
The service, from the moment I called, was friendly, welcoming, and very courteous. Felt like meeting an old friend.
Food portions were generous, and the suya was divine.
My only complaint would be the amount of oil in the egusi, it was too much. But that's just me. Some may like it that way

My entire meal was amazing and I could feel the love in the cooking. The meat pies were so good I had to order more to take home. I recommend this place wholeheartedly!

This food is D E L I C I O U S. Fresh, flavorful, and affordable. Clearly marked vegan options which is always important to me. I got the student bowl in the early afternoon and was full literally all day. Service was friendly, quick, and passionate. Nice music. A gem. Will deff be back! Thank you Suya Suya.

I was pleasantly surprised to see a West African Restaurant on City Line Ave. I was not surprised that their food was ABSOLUTELY DELICIOUS!!! Before I walked around the corner, I could feel the aroma wafting through the breeze as if it had my nose targeted. As soon as I walked in, I was greeted with the most beautiful smile. The menu was right there on the wall and I paid hard earned money for high quality food! I've been back 3 times already and tomorrow will be the forth!

This was a big disappointment. One of my bowl orders didn’t have the correct side and I ordered a meat pie which I never received and was told a refund will be processed and that has yet to happen. The rice was dry and chicken was lacking flavor.

The first thing we noticed was that they messed up my boyfriend’s order and gave him plantain instead of cornbread. The Hibiscus drink tasted like straight up cloves and nothing else. My rice was dry and whatever my meal was contaminated with had me sick all night.

I love their chicken wrap. I eat here twice a week usually and the food is great and they’re so friendly really nice people a little bit spicy so if you like spice, you’ll definitely enjoy it.

Fast, good and reasonable. Not doable for folks with hard gluten allergies

My fiancé has been dying to try some egusi and fufu and it did not disappoint. I got a chicken suya bowl and everything was delicious and fresh.

The chicken suya bowl was incredible! The food was extremely flavorful - juicy, spicy chicken with mouth-watering jollof rice. That jollof rice was so good I get cravings for it all the time. Paired with the suya sauce the meal was absolutely delicious. This place is a must-try in Philly!
