They gave me a quesadilla with cold cheese multiple times, it’s like they just throw the cheese and sauce and don’t cook it. Nobody was behind me in the line so that had no reason to rush my food.

This establishment use to be great. They use to be very accurate with your order and the way they prepare the food use to be fresh. No they don't give a damn. They not putting people complete orders in the bag, serving old potatoes, and the presentation of the food is sloppy. It's a mess.

Charell was such a great experience for me. There was a mistake with my order and she resolved it without hesitation. Her and the other staff were very friendly. The store was nice and cleaned. I rarely eat a Taco Bell but I will be back soon just based on my experience there. Very pleased.

I typically only leave good reviews. But this is the worst taco bell experience i’ve ever had. Lettuce is soggy… i ordered on door dash, and was missing the x12 cinnamon delights i ordered, which was pretty much the main reason i ordered from here…
Called the store to figure out if there are out of cinnamon delights, or if it was an issue with door dash, because i’d gladly re-order the delights.. no response from the store.
The location sucks. Good luck.
Edit: forgot to even mention they didn’t answer 4 separate calls at the store (ran all the way through each time)….

Bad service. They said they never received my confirmed order from their app. Yet, they charged me. Then told me, they were closed and they would not make my order because they were only taking door dash orders 2 hours before they close. Such a waste of time. I'm going to avoid them

I do mobile order pickup at this location fairly frequently and it is always accurate without any missed items. The food has always been as expected.
the people making the food need to be fired they put a squirt or sour cream on my supreme at the end of the taco, complete idiot. why put sour cream on one side of the taco. they also put one of my tacos upside down in my bag so of course the filling partially fell out when i picked it up. do not go here your food won’t be made right.
