I had a great experience today. The employees were helpful and the manager was on top of his game and interacting with the customers. I had the Nachos and an apple desert. The restaurant was clean and the service was fast.

This Taco Bell is by far the best in the area, but there’s one major problem: the cinnamon twists are a myth. I must have spent at least $20 is cinnamon twists that I’ve never gotten. You may ask why I still keep trying to get them when I know they won’t give them, but I’m an optimist. Great service, the food isn’t sloppily composed, I just wish I could get a little tasty twist.

Dahmir the nice young man at the Taco Bell drive through is really sweet and professional . He made my experience fun and welcoming with his big smile and flawless customer service. I mad a mistake with my order and he fixed it with no problem. He is management material for sure. Thanks again Dahmir

I rarely ever get a good taco bell experience. Lmao this is on my list of great taco bell locations in Philadelphia. So the second 2nd one out of many. I'd rather wait and the workers take their time vs a mess.

I just don’t appreciate ordering food and not getting everything I ordered. What is the point of spending my money. Definitely felt like a waste.

2 years later and the service is still horrible. You can tell no one care it's literally just children who work there and it's so annoying that my money has been wasted. DON'T ORDER ONLINE!!! You won't get the correct order.

The 2 guys working last night were slammed after the game and concert but still came through with our food at 1am, everything was there and it wasn't a crazy wait! They were working hard! Truly awesome service

This Taco Bell stands head and shoulders above every other location in the tri-state area, earning its place as the undefeated champion of fast food excellence. Having visited nearly every Taco Bell in the region, I can confidently say this one is unmatched in every way. The staff here is nothing short of extraordinary—warm, welcoming, and genuinely invested in making every customer’s experience exceptional. From the moment you walk in or pull up to the drive-thru, their friendly smiles and upbeat attitudes set the tone for a flawless visit. They handle orders with precision and care, ensuring every taco, burrito, and quesadilla is crafted to perfection, with fresh ingredients and spot-on presentation.
The management deserves equal praise for running an operation that feels seamless yet personal. They lead by example, maintaining a well-oiled machine where efficiency never compromises quality or hospitality. You can tell they foster a positive work environment, as the team’s enthusiasm is infectious. The restaurant itself is a model of cleanliness—tables gleam, floors are spotless, and even the restrooms are impeccably maintained, which is rare for a high-traffic fast food spot. Every visit feels like a masterclass in how to run a restaurant.
The food? Consistently phenomenal. Whether it’s a classic Crunchwrap Supreme or a customized order, everything is prepared with care, arriving hot, fresh, and bursting with flavor. This Taco Bell doesn’t just meet expectations—it exceeds them every time. It’s a shining example of what fast food can be when passion, dedication, and attention to detail come together under one roof. This location isn’t just a Taco Bell; it’s a destination, and I’ll keep coming back for more.

I’ve hit this drive through a couple nights a week on and off for the past 5 years on my nighttime commute and it’s perfect every time. Night crew = A+

Living in East Falls in Philly I probably go to this Taco Bell 4-5 times a year when I'm lazy and have a hankering for something other than burgers or chicken. Given its proximity to less than desirable parts of the city, as well as the hoity-toity suburbs, this place is consistent. My order is always done right, and the line moves fairly well, though I probably never go before 9pm so not sure how speedy they are during prime dinner/lunch hours. But for a Taco Bell, it's good. Honestly food is never super-hot when I get it, but at least they always seem to get the order right and the cashiers, the order taker, and everyone seems friendly.

Little meat in the tacos, felt like I was eating a lettuce taco. But good price. Even when I purchased the other more pricey meals the meat amount was the same.
