I am very disappointed with my experience at the drive-thru. I waited over fifteen minutes at the window, and the service was unacceptable. The person who served me interrupted me before I could finish speaking, then turned their back to call a colleague without checking if they understood my order. The colleague who came seemed completely lost and unable to respond properly.
Honestly, this kind of behavior is unprofessional.
This restaurant should avoid hiring people who are disrespectful, unprofessional, and already irritated to work at the drive-thru. It leaves a very bad impression.

I’ve gone here a few times but the service I received today is by far some of the best I’ve had at any food place ever actually. The nice man in the drive through had such good energy and very polite. As I was leaving, another man came out to let me know they forgot my nacho fries and I pulled over to wait (I would probably have not seen it until I got to work). They took the best care of me and were so kind which is hard to find in any sort or service position now. I definitely recommend taking your business here🫶🏻

This Taco Bell is decorated very well, the art on the wall makes it feel incredibly homey. Once you enter the workers greet you with a friendly smile. The food tastes incredible, in particular the cantina chicken bowl. The food is handled with care and the workers make you feel like they care.

Don't accept late night online orders if you're going to tell the driver that it will "just be a minute" for almost TWO HOURS only to NOT MAKE THE FOOD AT ALL. Don't bothering ordering here late night, they'll only waste everyone's time and leave you hungry.
