Food was mediocre, ordered the sandwich with chicken. Hard to eat due to the size, after two bites the gyro fell apart, all the food fell through on to the foil, was a bit messy.

this food was absolutely disgusting. i ordered the chicken platter, which i received cold. it tasted like an old rotisserie chicken that had been sitting in my fridge for 3+ days. i will absolutely never be back, and actively tell friends how awful this food was. also, you have to pay $1+ for a sauce. go elsewhere.

Very loud inside of the restaurant. I had a business meeting and couldn't hear my conversation with the person I met with.

Prepacked low quality food served with terrible seasoning. Wasted good money on terrible food i could have made way better at home. Go to Al Sham up the street or eat anywhere else.

The meal was very bad I ordered rice with chicken and very little hot sauce, but he increased the hot sauce so much I couldn't eat the meal because of the intensity of the hot sauce in it, and the price is also very high for the size of the meal I will not go there again

I never really go to halal guys as because every time I go there it feels like the portion size gets smaller and the price goes higher. This time I ordered a rice platter with beef and a soda. Pretty expensive as expected. The beef was dry and didn't taste good at all. I tried their spicy lamb few months ago which was pretty good but they don't carry it anymore. Overall I won't be back unlees I can't find any other halal options nearby.

First time trying Hala Guys and loved it! Food was awesome and the customer service was OUTSTANDING. We were immediately greeted with a smile and great energy and left in a better mood than when we walked in. I was so impressed with how we were treated, I talked about it the whole ride home.
Back to the food: I ordered a sm beef platter - Rice, lettuce, tomatoes, a few onions and white sauce. They recommended I add a little bit of bbq sauce and just a line of hot sauce (I said I heard it was hot...it's hot, but delicious). So glad I listened cause the flavors mixed beautifully together!
Hubby loved his chicken & beef platter. Also said the bathroom was spotless.
Thank you for a great first experience! We'll be back.

I really wanted to enjoy this food. However while my mind was thinking NYC halal trucks my eyes said no but l ordered anyway. This food was dry with no little or no seasonings. Maybe the reason they throw so much white sauce which also lacked flavor. At home I added salt but still NO. I spent $30 on food l put in the garbage. Falafel was ok. I feel bad for my nieces and wanted to reimburse them for the $48 they spent on dry and lack of seasoning food. Never again I will take my chances with a food truck!
