DISGUSTING! If you value your stomach please refrain from eating here. This place use to be a gem. I ordered chicken Alfredo with broccoli that was poorly prepared. This greasy dish was topped with wilted brown broccoli & random pieces of spinach (which does not come with the dish). So we’re talking molded food garnished with cross contamination! I attempted to contact the restaurant twice, yet no staff picked up even though the store was still open for 11 more minutes. I wouldn’t feed this to my Morkie! Save your stomach and funds by going else where with much better food preparation and quality.

Bad experience, every time I place an order at this location. I’m treated with poor customer service, the front counter staff always ignores me when i walk in. I ask the cashier a question or can i add something to my order. It’s like speaking to a ghost or a brick wall. Not sure if it’s a racist thing or just me. Tony Roni’s is a no-frills, solid eat-in pizza+ joint that is an established part of the fast food fabric of Bala. These folks produce a flavorful HOT ? pizza, which diminishes a bit in texture and flavor after it cools. Eat it fresh and HOT. If you can’t get a hello and smile out of the staff upon entering it’s on you. Kids love this place especially after sport or events when they have winding down. Adults can sit in a separate booth while the kids can do their thing in adjacent booths. It’s spacious, rather spartan and has sports (other) playing on the flat panel TV. The management supports local nonprofit events! Ask about Coupons. Tip!

Parking: Plenty of options within one block.

I have had good experiences at tony roni's pizza in the past. However the pizza I ordered tonight was the worst pizza I have ever had in my life. Floppy, under cooked crust. Too much cheese. Lacking any flavor. Plus they forgot my cheese wiz with my toni roni fries. I do not think I will order from tony roni's again.

The food is good, the orders are ready when they say but they cannot follow simple directions. 1st time I asked for light sauce and instead I got so much sauce it was overflowing out of the container. 2nd time I asked for the sauce on the side. Nope, sauce right on the pasta. Both were online orders and written in the instructions and printed on the receipt. They've lost my business.

My office ordered lunch and Toni Ronis didn't send plates, napkins, bowls, forks, nothing. so we called and they said it's 4cents per plate. Tell us that you're sending a giant salad and pizza with nothing for people to eat it out of.To you it off food was mediocre at best.

Have been a customer for several years and normally don’t make review posts. Have never had a problem with the food. The service from the clerk for the past two experiences have been quite frustrating. The first time I called and was told my large cheese would be ready in 10 minutes. I thought it was odd that it would be ready quickly on a Friday evening but it was a good surprise. I get there 15 minutes later and the pizza maker is working on a lot of orders and the clerk is on her phone. Pizza wasn’t ready, bummer, but I was fine to wait. 15 minutes later I get up and ask the clerk how much longer and she said “I don’t know ask the cook” and goes back to her phone. She’s literally no more than 10 feet away from the guy and can’t just ask her coworker an update on an order. I was upset at the lack of professionalism and decency to help a patron. Got my order 10 mins later but I let the experience go, maybe a fluke, maybe a bad day.Today, I called again and was greeted by the same clerk and ordered and said thank you. She said, “mhm” and didn’t give me a time when the order will be ready, so I was going to ask. Too late, she hung up the phone. I let that go, maybe she forgot to formalities, it happens. I get to Toni Roni’s, the clerk acknowledges me, and my pizza’s just finish and the pizza maker brings them up to me and they both confirm they’re for me. Instead of ringing me up, she counts change in front of me for 5 minutes. She knows I’m waiting, but she just keeps on counting while I’m waiting in front of her. Doesn’t stop and help a patron, does her own thing, again. Very unprofessional, she didn’t ring me up until the pizza maker told her I’ve been waiting then she stops and finally rings me up. Fool me once shame on you, fool me twice shame on me. My last time sharing my business here.
