Adults can sit in a separate booth while the kids can do their thing in adjacent booths. It’s spacious, rather spartan and has sports (other) playing on the flat panel TV. I have had good experiences at tony roni's pizza in the past. However the pizza I ordered tonight was the worst pizza I have ever had in my life. Floppy, under cooked crust. Too much cheese. Lacking any flavor. Plus they forgot my cheese wiz with my toni roni fries. I do not think I will order from tony roni's again.

The food is good, the orders are ready when they say but they cannot follow simple directions. 1st time I asked for light sauce and instead I got so much sauce it was overflowing out of the container. 2nd time I asked for the sauce on the side. Nope, sauce right on the pasta. Both were online orders and written in the instructions and printed on the receipt. They've lost my business.

My office ordered lunch and Toni Ronis didn't send plates, napkins, bowls, forks, nothing. so we called and they said it's 4cents per plate. Tell us that you're sending a giant salad and pizza with nothing for people to eat it out of.To you it off food was mediocre at best.

Have been a customer for several years and normally don’t make review posts. Have never had a problem with the food. The service from the clerk for the past two experiences have been quite frustrating. The first time I called and was told my large cheese would be ready in 10 minutes. I thought it was odd that it would be ready quickly on a Friday evening but it was a good surprise. I get there 15 minutes later and the pizza maker is working on a lot of orders and the clerk is on her phone. Pizza wasn’t ready, bummer, but I was fine to wait. 15 minutes later I get up and ask the clerk how much longer and she said “I don’t know ask the cook” and goes back to her phone. She’s literally no more than 10 feet away from the guy and can’t just ask her coworker an update on an order. I was upset at the lack of professionalism and decency to help a patron. Got my order 10 mins later but I let the experience go, maybe a fluke, maybe a bad day.Today, I called again and was greeted by the same clerk and ordered and said thank you. She said, “mhm” and didn’t give me a time when the order will be ready, so I was going to ask. Too late, she hung up the phone. I let that go, maybe she forgot to formalities, it happens. I get to Toni Roni’s, the clerk acknowledges me, and my pizza’s just finish and the pizza maker brings them up to me and they both confirm they’re for me. Instead of ringing me up, she counts change in front of me for 5 minutes. She knows I’m waiting, but she just keeps on counting while I’m waiting in front of her. Doesn’t stop and help a patron, does her own thing, again. Very unprofessional, she didn’t ring me up until the pizza maker told her I’ve been waiting then she stops and finally rings me up. Fool me once shame on you, fool me twice shame on me. My last time sharing my business here.

This was our to go place for pizza and hoagies. Tonight was the last visit.We ordered 2 steaks (all good) and 1 ham and cheese. The ham and cheese had 3 layers of cheese, one super thin layer (3 slices) of ham and no vinegar which i ordered. I called to let them know. This is not the norm for this place.I was offered another hoagie but I couldn't go back. I offered a photo which was not good enough.I am more mad about the customer service than the actual food. Anyway, this will be my.last visit there.
Ask for one kind of sandwich and they gave one with ingredients that I am allergic too. CHECK YOUR FOOD BEFORE LEAVING..

Pizza was good, but after an hour had not started our order when we went to pick it up. Their initial response was that it was our fault, but it wasn't. We then waited for them to make our order. They made no offer to drop the price or comp us with additional items.

Not a bad spot for a cheese steak beef or chicken. The pizza is not bad side are good. Customer service could be better but not bad. My only complaints is they do not put enough topping on the pizza and for the cost they should be ashamed it's like stealing form your customers. I ordered a pepperoni pizza and it had only 16 pepperonis on the whole pie.

Wish could give them less then 1 star, Worst customer service and the people who takes order over phone are very rude they hang up the phone before your order is completed and my order was delivered to different business and I ask for my receipt and the delivery guy did not even left the receipt and when I called the store someone said they will email me and it is more then 24 hrs still no receipt
