I love their lamb and rice platters, for $22 depending on who you are you'll have enough food to feed yourself and others if you want. Great place for something to eat that's not your everyday fast food..“

“I love this place. If you are ever in philly you must try this Ghanian spot! If you like spicy this is the place. If you like rice get the jollof! My favorite is light soup with fufu. The peanut litter soup is bomb! Matter fact just eat everything. Only come if you have time to enjoy. Service is not typical of most American dinner time standards. Call ahead to ensure they are open that weekend! I wish they delivered via an app. But still worth going for the experience.“

“JD African Restaurant has great food and the food is prepared with care. I went into the restaurant with my mom buying food to ship to Florida. That's how good JD's food is. Apparently, Florida doesn't have African Food but we specifically go to JD then anywhere else in the area. Keep up the good work 👍“
