Horrible! Ordered the Penne Alla Vodka to go and noticed there was an off-putting smell to it as I drove home. Got home, and when I tasted it, it was disgusting. Tasted old and musty, not even sure how you make that. I threw it all out...$30 bucks down the drain. Never again.

Randomly stopped here to grab a bite to eat and never been to Bally, PA before. This place is a goldmine! Asked the bartender what they are known for. He mentioned Margherita pizza and he was spot on! Some of the best pizza I have ever had in my life! Perfect level of crust, cheese, and sauce. Highly recommend and service was fantastic!

Alfredo's has some of the best pizza around hands down. It's a bit pricier than some other places but it's worth it. This place has great Italian food as well, we don't dine here often but the few times we have, we didn't leave hungry. Antonio runs a tight ship.

Very Good Restaurant! We were visiting The National Centre for Padre PIO in Barto and decided to have lunch before our return trip and were recommended to this place.The food was very good. It was hot, well seasoned, prepared and delicious. The server was very nice also and was accounting to our specific diets. Recommendable. Thanks to all at Alfredo's. Nice job!

Alfredo's Ristorante is one of the few Italian places I've been where you can go to have a nice Italian meal and some fellow who goes by the name on the sign will come out and converse with the patrons in a thick Italian accent. In short: Alfredo's is *authentic*, and you can tell not just by the food but by the people and ambience (which, though very small-town, is nice). Like every Italian place in the Eastern PA area, they also offer pizza (it's alright) and cheesesteaks. Those aren't what you come here for, however. Come for the dinner entrees and you will not be disappointed. The only reason Alfredo's isn't 5 stars is the pizza: it's just alright and could stand to be more authentic (less generically American) like the entrees.
