The service was excellent. Food was average. There was not much flavor to the food or teas. The tea I ordered and one other person in my group ordered it iced. Both of ours felt the tea could had been seeped longer.

Lovely place to enjoy a cuppa in a quaint and relaxed setting. The tea menu offers a range of types in unique flavors. The food menu offers all of the common tea house fare and was tasty. I particularly enjoyed the scones. The location is perfect for a tea house and, even though it is inside an older building it is accessible with a ramp and larger upgraded restrooms. There is not a lot of seating so I would recommend making reservations if you’re planning a visit.

Parking: Parking is behind the establishment.

Wheelchair accessibility: Accessible ramp from parking lot

I went a while ago, near when they first opened and were short-staffed. I will not fault them for that. I totally understand. The food was very good. The tea, was not. The water was not hot enough and the tea leaves did not steep. It was not good.I hope they fix that. Or boil pots to order, as tea should be made.I *will* come back and will recommend others to visit.Overall, it's a cool place.

Parking: Park behind the tea house.

Full mon tea tea at Zinnia's Tea House in Bally earlier today with my bestie. Top of the tea room list for this great little place. Everything is made from scratch from the jelly and clotted cream, scones, watermelon salad/dressing, tea sandwiches and desserts. If you're into English tea like us, this is a must do. Unique teapot collection, cozy rooms and atmosphere. Staff and service is excellent. If you're not into tea, there are other foods available on the menu. We'll definitely be visiting again. ??❤❤

So I asked my dad, “hey, I’m coming down to visit for Mother’s Day. Do you have any ideas?” My dad said to me, “hey Bread Sniffer, there’s this new tea house that opened recently. Maybe that’d be a cool place to take your mom.” I never pass up an opportunity to go to a nice little place with little sandwiches and tea and scones, so of course I said, “sure.” I made a reservation, I drove all the way from Lancaster to here and then the next day took my mom on a 7 minute journey to this lovely little place. The people who work there are so sweet and kind and seem to enjoy what they do. My mom and I got porch seating, and the atmosphere is impeccably peaceful. The building is super gorgeous; it makes you feel like you’re at your grandmas house having tea. And don’t even get me started on the food. The croissant sandwiches? The lovely selection of teas? Their little desserts and tiny fruit and cheese cups? Just as adorable as they are delicious. My mom had a blast. Thank you all for making this Mother’s Day the best one of all time. Absolutely worth every penny. I may need to come back just by myself and just ask for a huge pile of Devonshire cream and some scones and just go to town. 1000/10

When I just need an experience that let's me leave my concerns behind and rest in a cozy atmosphere this is the place I go. The food, the staff and the atmosphere are so good that I have a standing reservation every month!
