"Opens" at 4:30 AM but doors are unlocked at 4:45 AM. The staff seems nice except for this one redhead with glasses (the source of my problems at this DD and the sole reason I will never go to this location again). The fake redheaded woman with glasses who I see all the time in the mornings (literally cannot escape her) is extremely rude and nasty. She has no customer service skills every time I go and overall puts me in a negative mood. She would look at you like you just ruined...read full review

DD has gotten way too expensive. Paid $5 for a cold egg and cheese croissant, looked like something out of frozen food section of supermarket. Getting hot coffee is almost impossible at any location. Naturally milk is cold, so when its added to coffee the temperature drops. How has DD not thought to fix this like Starbucks. Donut selection is poor.Parking: Shared lot... drive thru is difficult to deal with

I know at times this location can get backed up at the drive through.However, I use it nearly ever day and I have generally found the service to be excellent. Several of the workers even remember my name as I always order on the app and give my name when picking up my order. And they remember it and they are friendly. This may seem like a small thing but in this day and age of impersonal service it's so refreshing. They have never gotten any of my orders wrong and more than once...read full review
