Didn't have luck at the kiosk but the drive thru is just fine. Gentleman with the handbrace was very helpful and patient with us, appreciated him. Had a big order and it came out in a timely manner and was delicious
The three-star rating is strictly because their service needs to be better. When there are only two cars waiting to be served, there's no reason for it to take almost 30 minutes to serve your patrons when all food orders have been placed. Especially waiting to even take money for payment. There were a total of at least 5-6 employees, which is more than enough to manage that amount of people, yet they ran back and forth to the window for 10 minutes before assisting the vehicles...
The Hospitality at this establishment is by far one of the greatest I have ever experienced since moving out here. The food was fresh and hot and Quincy Jones the manager came through all the way with open greetings. He went above and beyond to make sure our order was right, even keeping his professionalism and a smile on his face during an era I the customer did which he even went above and beyond to fix! THANK YOU SONIC FAM!! ❤️
