“I gave it 5 star for the manager alone. He was so nice. When my card wouldn't work for my drink order and it was already made. He told me please don't worry, take it and it was on the house. I was so embarrassed 😳 I tried to get the bank on the phone to no avail, he insisted that it was okay. What a great person. Then I went I privately said thank you and told him I was so embarrassed. He assured me it was good. I brought the fish sandwich with cheese it was good. Next time I will ask to toast the bread. The fries were good too. in all I give the meal a 6 but the service a 10. I am new to the area.“

“We loved our burgers, but my husband ordered a side salad in addition to his side of French Fries. I got my salad as my side. We were charged $1.25 for the dressing. Our server was awesome and just explained that if you order a side salad off of the menu, not as your side, they have to charge for the dressing. My thoughts, charge $5 and include the dressing, not $4 for the salad and $1.25 for the dressing. Was just very odd to me. Again burgers were so good and our server, Kenzie was on top of it. We didn't wait for a thing.“

“I love Brighton hot dog shop! This was my 1st time at this location it is without doubt the best I've been to of many other locations! My food was actually hot not just Luke warm👍 My drink was completely flat but the manager made it right immediately. The young lady taking orders was super polite and helpful!“
