I ordered last night at 10:30pm. The kid that took my order was so pleasant, nice, friendly, and knowledgeable. He said he was new, but he was wonderful to talk to! I haven’t heard manners like that for a while. I know everyone is busy and understaffed. This person took the time with my order and could not have been any nicer. Great job!!!! Thank you.
BTW, our pizzas were perfect!!!
We ordered wings, 2 salads and a sub.
We were told it would be 45 minutes.
it took close to 2 hours.
The wings were cold and dry, the salad warm and the sub horrible.
I ripped up the menu and will NEVER order from here again.
What a waste of money and such horrible food and service.
Being over 45 minutes late yet NOBODY offered to take care of anything.
The food was clearly sitting for at least an hour.
I just hope we don't get sick from it.

Vocelli Pizza is a franchise pizza shop with an excellent crust, a very nice sauce, and the perfect amount of cheese. The best part is the pepperoni, with small pieces that cuppled up and held the grease. The manager is nice and polite. However, the price is too expensive without a coupon. The food is pretty good, but orders are often incorrect; items like the chicken in the chicken alfredo or a wing in a dozen have been forgotten. On a positive note, the team and management at this location noticed a mistake in a delivery order and sent someone out with the correct order without being asked. Of all the franchise pizza shops visited, this one stands out, and customers should get what they pay for.
