I ordered online and the app told me it would be ready in 20 minutes. So I got down there in 25 minutes. After waiting 5 minutes for someone to notice me standing there I got told it would be another 25 minutes cause it hadn't been started. So I waited and after 25 minutes the manager lady told me it would be 10 minutes and she would start it. So I waited 10 minutes and she walked away and avoided me. So I yelled for one of the guys and asked if my food was ready. He said there was still 3 orders b4 mine, b4 it can even be started. I wasted an hr waiting and it still wasn't started. This isn't the first time I had this experience here. I will not go back and after all this I was never even offered any coupons or free food or anything.

This is only my second time ordering here, the first time was bad, not near as bad as today. I ordered online, and paid. There are no text updates, aside from “your order has been received”. I went in, stood around for about two minutes before being acknowledged. 4 people in the kitchen. One guys pops up, asked if I could be helped. Told them I ordered online. He told the other three stoners, front counter. Probably another 2 minutes pass, in the meantime two guys were talking to the original acknowledger, talking about deliveries, and not getting tips. At the same window. I then asked the guy, “Can I get my pizza!??” He said it needed paid for. I told him I paid online, he looked at the receipt, and brought me the pizza.So, the atmosphere is of a run down inner city Greyhound station. No dining, thankfully. The pizza wasn’t bad. The customer service was ridiculous. I’m sure 75% were under the influence. Anyone who says the customer service was great, are friends or relatives. It was a joke.

I ordered 2 orders of Boneless Buffalo wings and for a pizza shop I have to say these were made the right way. They were nice and hot just the way I like them. Keep doing what u are doing.
Shop was busy but the staff was quick and friendly, order came out hot and fresh.

Stay away. My food literally took 2 hours to get to me, and I live 5 minutes away. Unreal. Then the driver claimed my food wasn't paid for, even though I had already paid online. Places like this need to learn some basic customer service.

Really really awesome pizza (barbecue chicken is my jam), their pepperoni rolls are absolutely ahhhhmazing (must get everytime). The lady answering the phone is wonderful, warm, friendly, and funny.This is my automatic go to for pizza night.Also, they deliver fast.So easy. Delicious. Great peeps.
