*Extremely Disappointing Experience*
We visited Americana Diner on 11/6/2024 and were shocked by the appalling service and blatant racism displayed by the staff.
1. Poor communication: Our server seemed disinterested and unresponsive. 2. Racial bias: Staff made derogatory comments and treated us unfairly due to our [race/ethnicity].
Avoid Americana Diner at all costs. Their unacceptable behavior and racist attitude ruined our dining experience. So sad that in 2024 we are still here. No matter who's elected into office please, please, please respect all that respect you. And please remember "WE ARE NOT OUR ANCESTORS"

The food was good, price was about average compared to other diners, perhaps slightly higher. There were many menu options to choose from, though. Service was friendly. The decor was pleasant to look at. All in all, it was a nice experience.

This place is great! Food is really good for a diner! The prices are great for how much food you get with your meal! Really don’t ever need to wait that long during the week, the weekend you will though depending on what time you go! The staff is friendly and there is always plenty of parking!
