My husband and I stopped in for their soft opening for breakfast this morning. I got the Eggs Benedict they were made the right way! The yoke was perfect, the english muffin was toasted just right and the sauce was yummy! My husband got an omelet and he said it was very good. I will be back.

Golfed today at Butter Valley. Gorgeous Fall day! But the real highlight happened after the round when we ate at Blue Haze BBQ. The food was outstanding! We had the brisket, pulled pork and chicken wings. The wings were incredible! And the homemade Alabama Blue creamy sauce was outrageously good to dip the wings. The onion rings and fries were incredibly delicious as well. Not only was the food great but the owner and staff took time to talk to us and tell us a little about their story. They were so nice and friendly it made for a wonderful atmosphere. Oh I can’t forget the homemade peppermint patty brownie for dessert. Come on!! This place should be on Diners, Drive-Ins & Dives. If you get a chance to get out there (it’s open to the public, don’t need to be a golfer) get there and you’ll love it!!

Our favorite local BBQ spot! All foods are high quality and excellently prepared. Great sauces and homemade sides. Our favorites are brisket, pulled pork, wings (smoked and deep fried), jalapeño Cole slaw, etc. Very friendly people. Chill atmosphere that is very comfortable. Nice, relaxing country drive to get there.

Amazing food. I ordered pull pork with slaw, smoked chicken wings and wife got loaded tots with brisket with pickles plabauno's. I ended up sampling almost every meat on the menu. Sauces made in house. Owner's were extremely welcoming.
Don't pass this place up, you'll be glad you stopped. If you're into golf, that may be a bonus for you as well.
