absolutely horrible service. Every single time it takes FOREVER and they have about a 25% accuracy. I think the employees have something wrong with them honestly, they obviously don't drug test.

I used the drive through to get two plain coffees, and they tasted great. Would highly recommend for anybody in the area looking for a quick coffee!

Normally have no problem with this Dunkin but the service is patheticly slow in the drive thru today, cars are literally sitting out on the road waiting for the drive thru!!!!!! They need to hire more help or else the workers who are hired need to move faster.

Convenient though not quite as cheap as I would like. Staff were very friendly.

The morning shift staff are unfriendly. They don't represent the service Dunkin deserves. They do their jobs in a bad mood.

I go to this Dunkin almost every morning on my way to work & the service has just been awful. There’s a new girl who I’ve never seen before but yet she’s always so nice in the morning but sometimes I get a woman with short hair who seems to just have an attitude every morning. When she does say something though it seems to be a constant complaint about the industry itself. I never get a hello just my order and the window being shut immediately after. I understand food service can be difficult but no need to put negativity onto customers.

If the owner doesn’t want to get the a/c working then maybe y’all should refuse to work or report it to someone who has the The authority and power to make him get it fixed. He’s sitting and driving around in AC and during the winter time he’s sitting and driving around with heat find the way department to report his ass.

Closes early apparently. So much for 8:30pm…

We order from this location at least 2-3 times a month and we always have a great experience, but today was above and beyond. Our server Aaron literally ran out of the store and flagged us down to make sure we had all our food after we forgot a donut. Great team at this location and we always feel well served & taken care of
