Second time buying pizza here! Never again! Ordered extra sauce both times and barely any sauce on the pizzas. Pizza made super fast , imo probably bc it’s not at all fresh tasting. More like thin & chewy more like a piece of leather yuck!! Flavorless even tho it was supposed to be garlic flavored stuffed crust on one. Definitely much better pizza any place else!! Waste of money twice! Learned my lesson…

I tried to give them the benefit of the doubt and ordered again after many screw ups. I even attempted to call, just to go through a phone system and then put on hold. You have to pay for every little thing, pepper packets, icing etc. And once again I paid and didn't get them. Ordered the oreo bites, completely over cooked, big note on the side for icing, yet nothing. This place needs to just shut down. I can't remember the last time it wasn't screwed up, this was the last chance I'm giving them. If I could have just gotten through to a live person, that would still have made me feel better. But charging for simple little things and then NOT sending those little things? Ridiculous and lazy.

Made a order before 5:30. I asked it to be delivered at 6:45. App states food won't get here until 7:45. Company needs to make a Disclaimer to add an additional 1+ for delivery. 7:30 hits and app shows delivered but never showed up. Attempted to call store twice received no answer and then phone picked up I could hear talking in the background and was hung up on. This is the 3rd bad exerperiece with this store. I urge people to take their money elsewhere.

This was the very first time I've tried this particular Papa John's Pizza establishment. I absolutely enjoy the papa John's franchise pizzas and their extras. However, this particular Papa John's completely screwed up my order, and it was a simple XtraLarge pizza. Half plain cheese and half Hawaiian. I walked in to pick up and received the pizza, unfortunately, not checking it before I got home. The pizza was correctly ordered and taken over the phone, and the tag on the box was correct as well, but when I opened it up with my surprise, it was without the pineapple. The funny thing was when I picked it up, the gentlemen just handed me the pizza, but I hadn't paid for it. So I told them I didn't pay for it before I walked out. He rang me up, and It was paid. Nothing was said to me either about the pizza. Normally, I wouldn't care, but I paid for it in cash, expecting what i ordered. I called immediately after I opened it, and I was on hold listening to their phone recording for 35-45 minutes, and believe me, they weren't that busy. But I still haven't spoken to anyone 😕 at the time of this review. Well, of course my children and i ate it because it's 7 pm and later in the evening. I'm just not too happy. Thinking that they screwed up making it, which is understandable, mistakes happen, no big deal but they weren't honest enough to tell me that they forgot the pineapple when he just handed it to me without paying. But still, I paid for an order that was not to my satisfaction. They could have just told me it was on the house because of a simple baking mistake. For anyone getting an order from this particular Papa John's, please double-check your order before you walk out. SMH.

Absolute dump. Waited for delivery for 45 minutes went to the store to see what the deal was and there’s my food sitting on the shelf cold. When I asked the “manager” what the problem is and why my food was not delivered I was told the driver didn’t show up. When I asked why I wasn’t called and told about this or reached out to in anyway I was told “well that’s not my problem”. Will not order from this establishment again and I firmly believe they should have their store taken away from them as they represent the brand absolutely horribly.

Placed order for delivery. Received notification that my order was delivered, which it was not. Spent 20 minutes attempting to call and all went to voicemail. Last call was actually ringing as I entered the store. I heard it ringing and the two employees refused to answer it and just stood around doing nothing. They stated that the delivery time was the time it left their store. I laughed and advised them that it must take their driver 25-30 minutes to drive 2 mins up the road. I demanded a refund, and was advised that it would be refunded to the card used. I had to demand and ask for a receipt numerous times of proof of the refund. Store was a pigsty also.
As far as Papa John's goes this one gets 5 stars from me because they are always so kind and friendly. Plus the pizza is always good.

I ordered from this store #3074 I showed like the car was coming in the drive way. It is fake the driver never showed with order. Try to call the store the answer was the store number is not working. I made a complaint to corporate we will see. If they don't fix their act. This store is not going to be doing any pizzas soon.

I have ordered from here three times over the last year. The food is never made right. They never have blue cheese or ranch for buffalo wings and the wings never have barely an buffalo sauce. Horrible.

They close at 11pm but stop taking order at 10pm. I ordered via phone then after ordering I get a call back saying they’re canceling my order due to them shutting down oven and starting to do their cleaning. Why the hell have hours of operation at 11pm if you want to start cleaning at 10:00pm?
