Literally slopped together soup! Not cooked at all raw dough in the middle and so much grease the entire box leaked and was sopping wet. Are you serious?

Easily the worst. Pretty sure they are doing shady business practices. We ordered 2 pizzas (one topping) last night…besides the fact that the total came to $45 which is INSANE, when we placed the order, we did so for delivery. After the order was placed, it was changed in the app to “in store carry out” so after over an hour of waiting, we checked the tracker and saw that is was ready for “pick up”. Thinking I made a mistake, I drove to the store only to be told my pizzas weren’t there and the delivery person just left with them. I drove home to find the delivery guy trying to deliver them to my neighbor.So apparently, they are charging for delivery and then putting it in their system as a pick up order. Are they pocketing the delivery fees?Ever since this location went under new ownership, it’s dirty, inefficient and always takes forever. DO NOT SHOP HERE.We don’t need these kinds of businesses in our town.

Ordered via Uber Eats and one hour later the order status changed to delaying by 40 minutes, then at the time it was suppose to be delivered, a note was sent that Papa johns cancelled the order. Terrible service and I will never order from this store again. And I will write Uber eats as well to give them 0 stars as well. Pizza Hut it is!!!!

Ordered pizzas for home for gathering in plenty of time for dinner. Waiting. Waiting waiting finally after 90 minutes cold pizzas were attempted to be delivered. It was NOT the fault of the door dash driver but of new process at Papa Johns. Now have call center service to receive any complaints. You cannot reach the local branch at ALL! I refused the pizzas as they were very unappetizing and had to go to branch to get my refund. Will never use company again. Deleted from app.

Editing my review from one year or so ago here:We used to order from this Papa Johns when looking for a quick, cheap option for pizza. There was one occasion the order was wrong, and they made up for it by providing a coupon for a free pizza on my next visit.Over the last year, the service and quality of the food drastically decreased. Almost every order have had in the recent months had a issue. It was not anything overly noticeable, but the orders were wrong non-the-less. Asked for extra sauce, got less sauce that regular sauce pizzas. Asked for two or three toppings, would expect even distribution and amount of all three, but they seemed to have variation in volume and distribution on the pizzas that was not typical of what I would expect. The general quality of the pizza is not as good either. Not sure if that is a function of cook time or change in the ingredients?We haven't ordered from here in at least a month now. I kept thinking the issue was a minor inconvenience and little slip up. It just kept happening. I'd rather pay more money and order from one of the local businesses than continue to play a game of 'how is the pizza messed up now'. A chain like Papa Johns I would expect to have speed and consistency. If they cannot provide those things, then I'll get better quality pizza from elsewhere.

I ordered wings and pizza, paid $33 and change on a cc. Food never showed up. I called customer service multiple times who kept forwarding my call to this restaurant where there was never an answer! I emailed customer service multiple times and still have not recieved a reply. Total rip off. I will not order from this restaurant again. It's really a shame. It used to be a reputable establishment.

Ordered the Shakaroni. What a joke! A regular pizza with about a dozen pepperoni on it. On top of that it was dry and tasteless. They should be sued for false advertising. I didn't expect it to look exactly like the commercial but what we received should be criminal!

We have been ordering from this establishment for 10years. Now under new ownership the quality is terrible. Over half pizza crust!!!! Get real on your cheap pizzas! Alfredo's in Bally from now on!

Don't know what happened to this store, but the delivery was very late and the customer service was terrible. Difficult to talk to a human, and the humans I did encounter were not fluent in English. Never again. Not sure what happened to the other owner, but I wouldn't recommend it. Not worth the aggravation.

Papa John's in Bechtelsville sucks. I have never been so upset by the customer service or inability to get through to a human being to voice a complaint. I had family visiting for the holiday and waited over an hour for my delivery to come. I ended up driving down to the store to be met by 2 employees whose English sucked. I asked to complain to the manager and they said he was in the Exton store. When I asked for the number, they said they couldn't give it to me. I call the Exton store and was on hold for the manager for over 10 minutes and when I told the person who answered the phone that I wanted to talk to the owner, he hung up on me. NEVER AGAIN! The Bechtelsville store used to be great. No sure what happened.

I used to be a loyal customer of this Papa John's, but the recent change in ownership has left me with a bitter taste.Customers are left to wonder if the business is open or closed because the hours on the front door are scratched off and the doors are locked. Surprisingly, staff lock the doors while open, making it inconvenient for customers who expected a quick and hassle-free transaction. It can be frustrating to arrive at a seemingly operational business only to find the doors locked, which leads to questions about their commitment to customer service.The staff seems disinterested and unengaged, displaying a lack of professionalism that is simply unacceptable. It's as if the change in ownership brought about a change in the level of care and attention given to customers.I hope the management takes these concerns seriously and works towards restoring the reputation that this location once had.

Ordered online with a gift card. Gift card redeemed but wife had additional order items so I went back to order, added items and check back out. You'd think the .com would keep the payment info? Nah fam. It dumped it. No big deal, we just enter the number....and it's gone. Not a valid gift card. Call customer service. They recommend logging out, back in, rebuilding order. It still would not take it. So we contact customer service, attempt to cancel the order so we can just move on. They claim they cannot cancel. Cannot alter or edit. So tonight this John's is getting a $100+ order I aint coming to pick up. I lose $10 in Papa points, not that THAT matters much considering they just lost my repeat business. The new ownership(check reviews from last few months and you'll see the turn. It's plain ugly) is 100% at fault for this downturn and my dollar will go elsewhere from now on.Close this site and move on. It shouldn't be this much of a 90 minute struggle to go pick up pizza.

Did a plan ahead order. At 1030 am received a phone call stating that they didn't have their shipment of epic stuffed crust. They changed my order and said it would be here at 12.10 pm. I have been waiting called at 1225 and they transferred me to an out of service number. My pizza got here at 1235 cold I am literally 5 min away don't waste your money
