We got there at 8:20 pm. The store closes at 8:30. The worker did serve us with No Problem.The only complaint I have is that Subway doesn't put enough meat or tuna on hoagie. They try and fill the sandwich with your toppings. I wanted Swiss cheese, I was told they don't have it anymore. Same with SWEET peppers... I was disappointed.Also, For it being so close to closing time, I woulda thought the worker would of been wrapping up & putting things away in refrigerator.. It seemed like all the meats, cheeses and veggie toppings all got left in the serving area... (where the sandwich is made).Parking: Subway is located in a Stripe Mall so there is plenty of parking.

My pregnant wife did curbside pick up so she didn't have to get out of the car, and lady was obviously annoyed she had to walk it out and threw the bag in the car, didn't say anything. Extremely rude and unprofessional.

But what really was bothersome, was the lack of proper mask wearing. Both men had their masks down below their noses almost not even covering their mouths. It was a complete turn off and I will not be visiting this store when these two are working together. The one seemed to be training the other and seemed overwhelmed. Please review proper mask wearing with your employee's.

The signs say “mask requested” which is loaded language. If a mask is required, a sign should reflect that. You are having high school sandwich workers play mask police when some of us have medical conditions. This subway is definitely losing lots of customers because of their stance and approach.

Left w/o even placing an order. Waited over 10min for the 1 customer in front me to get a salad and 1 sandwich made. Then it was my turn only to be told I had to wait more so that an internet order could be made for someone that was not even there. Customer service has been severely declining the last 6 months (could be longer). Tonight will be the last!

Thank you to Liz she stayed 30 mins after closing to satisfy a crowd of hungry customers. By far the nicest and selfless helper I've seen out of subway. And I've worked in the customer service industry so I'm aware how hard it could be closing up.

Hello, my wife and I just had an extremely unpleasant experience regarding the store and more specifically the owner of the subway located at 824 Route 100 Bechtelsville, PA. We tried to purchase 4 sandwiches using the app because there was a buy one get one free promotion. There is an option to pay with cash on the app that automatically reverts to charging our paypal or card when authorizing payment without our consent. We contacted the above mentioned store to notify them to cancel the order thinking we had done it erroneously the first time, stating that we wished to pay for our order in cash. The second time we placed the order and chose the option to pay in cash, it again reverted to charging through our PayPal and bank account. We again called the subway at the above mentioned location indicating there was a problem with the app. The person we spoke to raised their voice and told us that we could not choose an option to pay with cash through the app and that our only option was either to pay through the app with our card or they would throw the order in the trash and blatantly refused a refund of what we are being charged for even though we did not plan to get the sandwiches if they refused to accept cash. The egregious and disrespectful manner in which the owner, who would only identify themselves as Jamie P. behaved is completely unacceptable for any business owner, including a franchisee who is supposed to be a representative of a larger entity. I had to contact our bank in order for the payment to be canceled. I completely expect this situation to be rectified fully. I will be posting this on Facebook, Yelp and your corporate site. Once again, completely unacceptable behavior on your franchisee's behalf no matter the circumstance.

Thre electricity went out while we were ordering. The employees did a great job handling the situation until everything came back online. The protein wrap was good. There were no napkins out to grab and none on our trays. Just a small inconvenience

Very rude customer service the woman behind the counter acted like she didn't want to take our order than when she did she was throwing things and slamming things around and rolling her eyes after I left I called to get the managers name and she said she was the manager and hung up on me ! This woman should not be working in the public I will never go there again!!!!!! I will be calling subway headquarters .Stay away from this subway and go to the one at the Walmart down the street.

I am very disappointed by what was going on in the back of the restaurant. I walked up to the counter and smelled marijuana coming from the kitchen. Employees have also posted videos of themselves smoking it in the kitchen on SnapChat. This establishment is poorly maintained and the staff is allowed to get away with anything. I will not be coming back.

Ordered doordash about 7 minutes before 8pm, confirmation of order received but none that they started making it. About 30-40 minutes later at 8:31 get a notification that it was cancelled and that the subway is closed. Go on here and its open until 9. thats ridiculous. my friend isnt able to leave his house and his parents arent feeding him, this is what he wanted and now hes extremely disappointed and refusing to order anything else.
