Confused as to what the brunch included with differing prices from$31- $44? We were told no toast or potatoes were included with egg dishes but included a mixed buffet in the adjoining room. Curious, we viewed the options which were, fruits, cheeses, cold shrimp, smoked salmon, 2 salads and a variety of sweets. I believe the shrimp drew me in. Disappointed to have to eat my smoked salmon without some sort of bread or even cream cheese. I was told to use a cracker. The prepared items were tasty. The sweets did not look made in house.The owner was very friendly, decor lackluster. Basically we made the best of a bad choice and tried to enjoy what we could. After reviewing the experience throughout the day, I truly felt taken advantage of. I am familiar with wholesale food pricing and the increases but, this went above and beyond for cost to value. Bedford Springs yes $$$ here...no.

We stumbled upon the 10/09 Kitchen looking for lunch during an anniversary trip to the area. The quality and taste of the food (Nick's crab cake sandwich) was outstanding! The truffle fries sinfully delicious. We were surprised by the volume of take-out customers for a mid-week afternoon, but it's clear they come back often for the good food and super friendly staff.

Wow, where do we even begin? For starters, the restaurant is beautifully decorated and tastefully elegant. Our waitress was very friendly and attentive. We sipped excellent wine, enjoyed some delicious mushrooms for an appetizer, and had some phenomenal entrees - scallops over risotto and seared ahi tuna over sticky rice. Both dishes were outstanding! And for dessert, we split a "S'mores Parfait" which was just the right amount and not heavy - it was airy and a perfect end to the meal.All told, this is one of the top restaurants we've been to, ever. Chef Nick and Sara clearly care about the quality of their lovely restaurant and the incredible food and service it provides.
It’s rare that a restaurant scores all 5 stars in every single aspect, but 10/09 does. I’m just sorry that I didn’t discover this little gem sooner! First of all, the atmosphere puts you at ease the moment you enter the building; there is a wonderful balance in each room, and the tables are arranged in such a way that there is No crowding, no squeezing past someone’s dinner. And although this is a renovated store or house, each space is perfectly air conditioned. The experience: The owner herself actually checks on her guests throughout the evening and the servers are well-trained. So, impeccable and flawless and seamless service – ok, you get it, on to the good stuff. Our cocktails arrived quickly and were expertly prepared. We had tempura olives and a fiery shrimp special for appetizers (terrific with our cocktails), then a chopped BLT romaine salad, (fantastic), then the seared scallops, the bucatini bolognese and the six cheese ravioli. (My friend, who doesn’t eat much at one time, was appreciative of the smaller portion option). Then, to top off an already-fabulous dinner, the crème brûlée. A signature dish for good reason. Every single dish was outstanding, innovative and beyond delicious. As was the wine: the dry Riesling we ordered was excellent and well-priced. I will be returning to 10/09 many more times. Obviously.

Excellent food! We stopped for dinner randomly here while traveling from DC to Ohio. Quick service, excellent mussels, scallops and pasta!Really impressed that the owners are working front of house and interacting with guests. We just wish we had this gem much closer to our home to enjoy more often!

We were recently in the Bedford area for a family event and we had a fantastic meal at 10/09 Kitchen. The New England clam chowder was the best I have ever had! My husband and I both had fish entrees which were superb! I had the barabundi special that evening and it was perfection as was the lemon orzo and arugula that was part of the dish. Service was excellent too. The owner also made us feel welcomed and as if we were valued guests. If we lived in the area, we would definitely be regulars!!
