Good service here as we passed through, but typical cold fries yet again from an Arby's. Why is it so hard to ensure your french fries are HOT! If it wasn't for the nice young man waiting on us it'd be a three across the board. Do better!

Serving cool over-fried fries left standing for who knows how long is wrong. I'd be embarrassed to serve those to a customer. The sandwich was fine as is usual at Arby's. The lack of care by the employee(s) serving sub standard food is not acceptable.

I was overly excited about the potato cakes and what a disappointment they were reheated and hard the bread for our sandwiches was very stale honestly the only descent thing was the cheese sticks and the soda? it doesn't pay for us to go out ?

Moldy food! I stopped after work and picked up 10 classic roast beef sandwiches. They had moldy buns!!! I’ve had some poor quality food from this store before but I love the Arby’s brand and after a 10hr work day in 90 degree heat I didn’t want to cook. The employees and service were great. Very unfortunate that the experience had to be ruined by mold.

wanted to give the new burgers a try…mistake! all inside was raw and made me ill. i am not a fan of undercooked meat as a choice. it’s hard to believe that this thing was as undercooked as it was.
