This place wasn’t always my favorite. But the past month that I’ve been coming I’m always greeted with a smile and amazing service. They always ask what can I make fresh for you and take my order immediately. Whoever has been running the place which I can tell it’s someone new as I’ve been seeing new faces and actual people who get there job done. They are doing amazing! Definitely will be returning to this arbys location!!! Thank you for the nice and hot food this afternoon!
After reading the reviews, I wasn't expecting a lot. What a surprise! Parking lot was clean. Store was clean. Had to wait a little for FRESH fish. The gentleman taking the order was adequately friendly. However, Brandon and Gregory took it to the next level! Food was hot and fresh.
Good service here as we passed through, but typical cold fries yet again from an Arby's. Why is it so hard to ensure your french fries are HOT! If it wasn't for the nice young man waiting on us it'd be a three across the board. Do better!
