Bad customer service, and the pretzels are the worst out of any auntie annies I've visited. I believe we we're an inconvenience for the person working there... she doesn't like people and can't be nice

Worst auntie Ann’s pretzels ever! They were burnt and had to ask for our money back. The staff was so lazy said they couldn’t even make fresh ones for us.I only write negative reviews when it’s ridiculous!

Why Americans in general are thinking evil for others? She go under the counter to give me the burned black out pretzels all I wanted is peace they are evil I hope they die in a war soon

first pretzel was burnt, retuned and waited for mini pretzel dogs to be baked and get a fresh regular one. unfortunately he didn't check the bag before we left the service plaza and the second one was just as burnt the dogs were black. check your order before you leave! it's also not listed on google or anywhere as being an open store on 76 east, it was definitely open

We almost always stop at the Somerset Plaza on the PA Turnpike! Today there were long lines at all the shops at close to 1PM. Auntie Annes display area was totally empty when I was in line! Pretzels just came out of the oven when I reached the front of the line. Was going to order nuggets but they were a 12-minute wait. Got 2 pretzels, both of which were bigger than normal, which is not generally anything to complain about!! However, I guess because they were bigger than normal they were a bit doughy, and didn't have that special "Auntie Annes'" flavor. Not sure why, but was just a standard pretzel taste. I quit using the app because they won't honor it on the Turnpike, and that's about the only time I ever get Aunti Annes.

The pretzels were great. It was a nice distraction from the road!
The staff was super nice, but the Sweet Almond Pretzel was the worst. It was so hard. And definitely old. With way too much butter, I couldn't even finish it.
