We were so excited to visit the igloos and enjoy celebrating my birthday. We paid the $50.00 (non-refundable deposit) thinking that the money was to reserve the igloo and would be returned or applied to our bill. There was 5 in our party, 1 teenager. We each had 2 drinks and meals with our total bill being over $220 plus the additional $50.00 deposit. We rented an igloo today and the service was horrible and on top of that you pay a 50$ reservation fee at the time of booking. No where on the website or on the confirmation email does it state that the fee is not deductible from your bill. So, on top of paying a 200$+ bill and tip they also take the 50$ in addition. We rented an igloo and the service was TERRIBLE. We waited almost 40 plus mins for appetizers and another 30 mins after for our food. We had the pasta with crabmeat and shrimp and there was one chunk of crabmeat. Nobody ever came to bring us our checks so we carried our plates into the restaurant because we wanted boxes for what we didn’t eat so we could take home. I would never go back. Was extremely disappointed and the price of the food was ridiculous for what we got.
