Bella Terra Vineyards - Bedford

We were so excited to visit the igloos and enjoy celebrating my birthday. We paid the $50.00 (non-refundable deposit) thinking that the money was to reserve the igloo and would be returned or applied to our bill. There was 5 in our party, 1 teenager. We each had 2 drinks and meals with our total bill being over $220 plus the additional $50.00 deposit. Our server was prompt initially but after the first round of drinks and our food was delivered we only saw our server once., at which time we ordered the second round of drinks and boxes. We had to ask for the boxes 5x. The atmosphere was very nice but not worth $50 of ambiance. So very disappointed. I hope the $50 rental was worth it because we won’t be back. So very disappointed in the overall experience.

We rented an igloo today and the service was horrible and on top of that you pay a 50$ reservation fee at the time of booking. No where on the website or on the confirmation email does it state that the fee is not deductible from your bill. So, on top of paying a 200$+ bill and tip they also take the 50$ in addition. The website does not state anything other than it’s for reservation. Even though our meals and drinks were very good the fact that the 50$ isn’t deducted from the bill. I never would have left a tip had I known that the 50$ wasn’t deducted from our final bill. Also, the temperature within the igloo was uncomfortable. By the end of our meal our feet were very cold. They also could have done a better job at removing the snow and ice from the entrances to all three of the igloos. This will be the last time we visit Bella Terra-Bedford.

Very nice atmosphere and they are one of the few places who have live music!

We’ve been here several times and each visit has been amazing. The food, prepared by Chef Jeremy, was delicious - fine ingredients and skillful preparation. But it’s Terran - the manager, hostess, sommelier, everything - who makes the experience here memorable. She greeted us warmly, helped us select a great lunch, then guided us through a tasting of Bella Terra’s fabulous wines (and we purchased a bunch). She is so energetic and so welcoming! This is a must visit every time we come to Bedford!

We rented an igloo and the service was TERRIBLE. We waited almost 40 plus mins for appetizers and another 30 mins after for our food. We had the pasta with crabmeat and shrimp and there was one chunk of crabmeat. Nobody ever came to bring us our checks so we carried our plates into the restaurant because we wanted boxes for what we didn’t eat so we could take home. I would never go back. Was extremely disappointed and the price of the food was ridiculous for what we got.

Tempting wine flights! Tasty menu items! Charming outdoor seating area- dog friendly too!(Heated igloos for wintertime!) Friendly and attentive service!

My wife and I have been here twice. The food was excellent both times The truffle fries are worth the visit.. The atmosphere was very laid back, and the wait staff was beyond reproach. The last time we sat on one of the couches, and it was very relaxing, especially considering I have been wearing a knee brace and walking with a cane.
The prices were reasonable, especially since we purchased a bottle of wine to go. Keep up the good work! We will be back!

My gf and I love this place! The food is great, as is the atmosphere. Two food recommendations are the quesadillas and California chipotle flatbread! Now if you’re ordering out, make sure you do so with 15-20 minute heads up. Fresh food takes time
