Bella Terra Vineyards - Bedford

Bedford was a stopover after a long day of traveling with my daughter. We stumbled upon Bella Terra, and we were so pleased with the food, staff and atmosphere! We split the arugula salad and the crab flatbread, both were delicious, as was my cold glass of Riesling. The patio was a relaxing spot on a warm evening, and the live music was a pleasant addition. Clearly a family-run operation, you can tell that a lot of love goes into this restaurant. If we ever come through again we will definitely stop again.

We came in late on a Friday evening and they gave us amazing service and a wonderful dinner!! Adorable outside patio too. We will be back again, thanks Vince and Amy!

Even if you have to go out of your way, stop here! We stopped because there was wine, cider, and food. All three were amazing. With one of us liking dry red and the other sweet wines, this place was a GREAT mix of both. On the dry side, get the Cuvee and the Cab. franc. On the sweet, the Sweet Finley and Diamond Reo. The Violet cider was amazing. And the food (muffaletta and the Mac and cheese) were amazing, especially the focaccia.

The new owner, Vince, is personable and his chef background shines through with the amazing food. All staff members were knowledgeable and super fun! He's done an amazing job!

Doesn't disappoint! The food is absolutely amazing, service is great and atmosphere is perfect for the vibe. Would absolutely recommend the crab cake sandwich. I rarely get dessert when I eat out but when I saw the espresso coffee Crème brûlée on the menu I had to get it, definitely wasn't disappointed! Loved it all

10/10 experience.y mother and I loved the wines. We got a wine flight so we could see which bottles to purchase and we left with 8 in total. They offer 25% discount after you buy 4 bottles. This location also has a full bar if you aren't big on wine and want a mixed drink. The owner and staff were very accommodating and helpful. You can tell they really care about their business and the customers experience. I will be sure to return.

My sister and I took our mom here last night for a Mother’s Day dinner. While the food was amazing, the service was horrendous. Once we were seated we waited a while for the waitress to come and take our order for appetizers and drinks. No one could answer any questions about wine flavors. Just was told IDK our main wine connoisseur is not working tonight and the new menus don’t tell you what the flavor notes are. Once our appetizer finally came out the staff didn’t know what table to take it too and delivered it to the wrong table then continued to tell let those customers look at it on there table and talk about the item. It immediately grosses me out and didn’t even want to eat it anymore. We had to ask several times to different staff for extra side plates, silverware, and napkins. Even trying to get our waters refilled was painstaking. The main courses were delicious but at that point we just wanted out of there. When we finally asked for the check we also asked for to go boxes. The check came but no boxes. We waited for a while and finally had to go inside to check out and get someone to box up the food. The food was great but service was subpar and I was not impressed. Disappointing since we made a special trip to drive down the mountain from Johnstown to check this place out.

Decided to check this place out with my girlfriend last night. While the food was absolutely delicious, the service was incredibly disappointing.
It took a long time for anyone to bring us menus, and when we asked for water, we didn’t receive it until after our food arrived—despite reminding the staff several times. We also had to ask multiple times for utensils and napkins. When they finally arrived, a staff member tossed them at our table with clear irritation. Was I supposed to use my shirt instead?
To top it off, we waited 15 minutes for the check before giving up and heading to the bar to pay directly. This wasn’t during a rush—the restaurant was not particularly busy—so the lack of basic service was baffling.
Amazing food, but unfortunately the service really took away from the experience

Great place right in town to get food and drink with indoor and outdoor seating. The atmosphere is great, and the service was quick and friendly. The food was fresh and delicious. The shrimp and gnocchi special was particularly good.
The wine is not bad either 😉

I was here during lent and let me say I had one of the best fish sandwiches I've ever had and I have been to hundreds of places for fish and our waitress was so kind and very up on the service.

We were so excited to visit the igloos and enjoy celebrating my birthday. We paid the $50.00 (non-refundable deposit) thinking that the money was to reserve the igloo and would be returned or applied to our bill. There was 5 in our party, 1 teenager. We each had 2 drinks and meals with our total bill being over $220 plus the additional $50.00 deposit. Our server was prompt initially but after the first round of drinks and our food was delivered we only saw our server once., at which time we ordered the second round of drinks and boxes. We had to ask for the boxes 5x. The atmosphere was very nice but not worth $50 of ambiance. So very disappointed. I hope the $50 rental was worth it because we won’t be back. So very disappointed in the overall experience.
