They were very busy. The food was hot and delicious. (Unlike the regular burger king we frequent!) The staff was cheerful. I ordered sweet tea and ended up getting unsweetened after 2 attemps. I just had a fountain drink instead. I'll go back.

We always stop at this Burger King on our way to Pittsburgh. The food is always hot and fresh, the service is always excellent, and the restaurant is always clean. Love that they have the FlavorMix fountain, the kids love the play area, and we love the 90's alternative soundtrack. The town of Bedford is also super cute and lovely to drive through. I LOVE THIS BURGER KING.

Just got home after just picking up a bunch of food for atleast 3 adults and 3 kids.. all the food was great except my food. I had to come home and put my spicy chicken fries in the air fryer. The spicy fries were not crispy at all. More like a wet noodle. This isnt the first time i received soggy chicken fries.
Did a mobile order and arrived after order said would be ready. When we arrived girl at window said we could either have them fry the burgers or wait 15+ mins for the charbroil to turn on. Then when we said we would wait a woman in the back said “of course you want to wait.” After pulling around to park staff gave us death stares from the front counter including kitchen staff. Don’t work here if you’re mad to do the job. It’s on the menu. I don’t mind waiting but I don’t like when staff is openly disrespectful for their customers ordering food that is on the menu.

The last 3 times I have been here, Between the kiosk and the quality of food it has been horrible. $50 dollars for a chicken sandwich, 2 of the 5 dollars meals with a burger that looked like it belonged on a slider bun and mushroom Swiss that wasn't half bad looking but also on the smaller side. Plus 2 orders of cheesy tots. We ordered on the kiosk and now there is a button for low carb and if you look at it looks like it's saying it don't come with a bun. So I clicked it for all 4 sandwiches. Well they came out wrong. I will say this was prolly my fault but it would be nice if it explained it a little better on the kiosk. Also each $5 dollar meal was supposed to come with sauces. Neither persons received their sauces. I feel Burger King needs to step up their game. Before A clown and little Wendy destroy the King!!

We both got chocolate shakes and the one is more a vanilla shake and the other just has chocolate sauce at the bottle of the cup. Plus they forgot our burger and had to run back in to get it The server was some 20 something blonde girl that avoided helping and giving dirty looks before grabbing the burger on the counter in front of her that she was moving other foods are it while it was sitting on the counter
