Waited forever for our meals, the came out cold and inedible, the manager said they were too busy but I watched 4 of the waitstaff stand around talking to each other and not doing their jobs. None of the customers were happy while I was there. We left without eating.

I went to Denny's in Bedford, PA on Thursday April 14th, and I was VERY disappointed! The atmosphere was very dark, dingy and worn out, almost as if it wasn't updated or cleaned in 25 years. Not only this, but it seems like every time I went to this location, there is at least ONE crying infant! However, that pales in comparison to the "Food".Oh my goodness! The food was abysmal! I ordered a Double Cheeseburger and Wavy Fries and it came out soggy and undercooked! The beef patties were a nauseating gray color and there was NO flavor to be found! Combined with the disgustingly soggy bun and the lack of ANY seasoning, I just could not finish it! The fries were overcooked and also lacking in seasoning, but marginally better than the awful mess of a sandwich they came with!There is one positive thing I will say. The waiter was a pleasant young man and he at least remembered to remove the onions and pickles from my "burger" when I asked him to. I wish the cashier would've done more than just say "Sorry about that" when I told her about my experience. That's $15 I'll never get back!Overall, this Denny's location is a total Disaster! I strongly recommend AVOIDING it, especially when it's surrounded by FAR better options, such as Route 220 Diner, Pizza Hut, Hoss's Steak and Sea House, and Wendy's! Save your money and go to one of those four instead of eating here!

We went during Easter and the waitress was wearing bunny ears and face paint and acted as if she was on drugs. Forgot she had seated people...smh.. and the food was absolutely awful!!
