The salad bar is one of the best I've ever seen and tasted. It has almost everything that you can imagine, and I sampled a good 90% of the offerings over about 5 trips. Amazingly, I didn't suffer the usual indigestion afterwards, which also says something about it!

Staying at a hotel down the street we stopped in for dinner and wow! Monet was incredible! We had never been to a Hoss’s before as we are from NY but we will definitely stop in again if our travels bring us through Bedford. The food was incredible and the service was 10/10! Very friendly staff they are quick and on it, we never had to wait for refills! Highly recommend if you’re looking for a nice sit down restaurant with great food and great staff!!

Fried shrimp was box shrimp deep fried. Not too good. Cream of chicken soup was great. Rice pilaf was salty. His stuffed chicken was dry. Very nice people though

The food here reminds me of hospital food. Very bland tasting. For the price, you should get higher quality food/meals. The server was excellent, the atmosphere was fine.
Everything looked fresh and delicious. Salad bar was well attended and looked clean and very nice. Salad bar attendant was working very hard at making her station look the best. She took pride in her job and you could tell. Waitress Kristen was friendly and attentive. Food was great and at 15.00 I came out of there my belly stuffed to the max with a good size to go doggie bag of a hamburger, which was only 2.49 extra on top of the salad bar. 5 stars++++

Food that I eat was on the menu. Salad bar excellent, fresh, delicious and healthy. Main course of a grilled chicken breast done perfectly as well as a baked potato which I ordered nothing on it. Reasonably priced and main course came after I was done with the salad before my desert which was some fresh honeydew and cantaloupe melon.
