The ambiance is relaxed and pleasant. The staff was helpful seeing that we had a party of 20 ordering from the small but precise menu! It is a self serve place so the service is difficult to evaluate. Most were very happy with the food. We brought our own wine without a corking fee. Overall pleasant and good!

The French toast garnished with fresh blueberries and strawberries was amazing! Americano coffee was grounded to order. Wrap with egg, cheese, tomatoes, red pepper and a side of avocado was also very good. Cute environment with light music playing so conversation was possible. Attentive service.

LIFeSTYLE is the halfway point for my sister and I. We frequent Bedford a few times a year to meet up and we always start the day here. The food is always amazing! We got the Turkey pesto sandwich and the Greek bowl. Their coffee is always a hit, however I tried their americano this time around and it was definitely a bit weak. But everything else I’ve tried their (lattes and chai) have been good so definitely don’t write them off! Just maybe get an extra shot if you get the americano 😜
Kid-friendliness: This was our first time going with our new kiddos and the staff was so friendly and never made us feel like we or our babes were a nuisance. We will be back!!
