They gave us old food, put the chairs up way too early, and turned the lights down while we were eating. This was all around 9:25 and they said they were running regular hours when we called to ask.

The employees here are so rude. Ask for caramel and chocolate drizzle throughout my frappe drink cup and they pile the hot SYRUP! When I tell them I wanted drizzle they stood there and argued with me. Very rude and ignorant. And even more sad that it was managers arguing with the customer.

Four people. Should be quick service at 7 pm on a dead friday night. The first order goes in as soon as we get there. Then I'm left waiting with a third customer for over 15 minutes!? When the MOD comes up, she doesn't even care how long we waited, while I watched 9 cars zip through the drive-thru. So I ordered and then other customer orders. Next, the last of my group goes up to order. He sits there for 10 minutes, no service. I point him over to order on their kiosk. He orders there, pays for it, and then waits 10 more minutes before he can even pay?? Let's just say we all could have been eating by the time I got my food.What is wrong with this location? AVOID. Wendy's is across the street.

It's McDonald's but wouldn't call it fast food. Apparently under staffed, waited for a cashier at the counter after several minutes decided would have to use the kiosk. We got our order placed then waited 15 minutes to get it. The Coke zero ran out of syrup. We were not the only people waiting too long for orders. GO SOMEWHERE ELSE!

Rarely accept coupons from local newspapers (who paid for insertion? If they did, why not accept?) Have yet to have them acknowledge special advertised on TV. Their employees seem to have a PhD in nastiness, lousy customer service. Still, fans flock to the place, long lines @ drive-in window. Mickey D's international HQ could care less what happens out here. For my part never again.

Waited to be served for about 5 minutes because the girl was talking on her cell phone and there was only one other worker at the time. She gave us rude looks when she came over to take our order because she didn't want to get off her phone. I was very unpleased especially since we were on a time crunch. Also the bathrooms were a little dirty and the prices were crazy. Don't think I will be stopping here again.

Stopped in here while family came in from out of town. We were treated horrible by the lady on the register. We ask for 2 waters, was told she was busy with drive thru and didn't have time to mess with waters. She yelled at another lady who was waiting in line. We ask for napkins and she made a big deal of that. Couldn't just hand us a few, made us wait till she filled the whole napkin holder. I feel sorry for the folks who stop there for a break.
