I’m very pleased to have found this place. Great service and people on the inside making authentic food. You won’t leave hungry. The ramen is flavorful. The edamame salad was a meal in itself. A comfortable number of seats inside but very convenient take away options as well. Recommend it highly for a change of pace in the area.

I literally loved this place so much I set up a new email address tonight just so I could review it again and tell You all How Wonderful this place is and How truly exceptional the quality, artistry, and Education of the chef is that If you don’t seek this place out or try one of his works, It is seriously like missing out on a well rounded experience, I’m a master chef who Can tell You wholeheartedly this is a chef’s chef, one that doesn’t cut corners and one who doesn’t miss a beat, Every single thing He did, I could recognize the Mastery behind it, I knew from the first bite that everything was done the “right” way, Lesser quality places will cut corners to save time, money, or both, not Here, You can tell all the chef wants is to bring you into His Mind, wisdom, and passion and He puts that intellect on the plate for your enjoyment, He’s one of the very few Artists that I think Is really sharp with the art He produces, It takes a lot to get a plate in front of me where I can’t pick at least one thing out that’s missing, I can honestly say I’ve tried three dishes Here and there was nothing but excellence (and then some) on all of them and down to every last bite!!!! I also wanted to say I was impressed with the restraint of the chef too which is often an overlooked art, a lot of Really good chefs get cut short of ever being great by Just throwing everything on the plate, This chef knew exactly the right amount of everything, and the correct preparation of each ingredient that needed served to make the parts of the whole shine and He did that brilliantly, He’s like I say about a rare bunch of really tremendously talented chefs that having his food is like watching one of the Early Art masters paint, Yes, it’s that good, and if you don’t try it you’ll really be missing something special that maybe the every day diner might not realize all the hard work and thankless hours that’s poured into all this, but if you trust an unbiased chef when talking about another’s work, and the critique is this glowing, you’d better get there quick, because that only means You’ll have more opportunities in life to go back while it’s still there and this fabulously fun and creative chef goes on to do something else, Because I know Great chefs and were always looking for the next most fun, stimulating thing for our left sided brains, I hope you’ll all try this and leave him another incredible review like all the others who’ve come Here to say Why He deserves the award for Best in Bedford!!!!

One of those places that deserves more stars. The food was absolutely awesome in every way. You will not leave hungry because the portions are quite large. Not only should you try this place, you HAVE TO if you are in Bedford. You will not be disappointed. I am looking forward to visiting again in the near future.

My favorite place to eat, hands down. I always recommend to friends and family coming from out of town. My partner and I have never had a bad experience. I’ve tried the regular menu and also the specials. Ingredients are always fresh and prepared exquisitely, every time. Boba is always rich and flavorful. The quality here is unmatched around Bedford County.

Staff were the sweetest people and so accommodating when my friend and I walked in for the first time and didn't know the menu. The food was absolutely the best ramen I've ever had, my friend and I spent the entire meal raving about the ramen!

Their sweet and spicy ramen was life changing. So flavorful! I also ordered tofu as an add on, and it was perfectly crispy outside and soft inside. Their portion sizes were large, and I can't wait to eat my leftovers for dinner.
