The atmosphere is awesome here, very chill vibe, and clean environment. It’s like walking into a restaurant in the city! Food was impeccable. It was so fresh, delicious, and a work of art! Great food and amazing Thai tea! If you haven’t come here yet, you need to!

おいし! Bao Buns were very delicious (get the brisket ones!) Miso tonkatsu ramen was delicious too, it had a perfect authentic umami flavor! Owner was very kind and helpful! Also have Ito-en tea which is a rare find! Will stop again if I’m in town

Such a pleasant surprise!! The freshest phö I’ve ever had. The ingredients and flavors were incredible; everything has to be homemade. If you’re passing through, or live locally - and you like Asian noodles - do not miss this spot.

I'm just going to say this...I lived in the largest Vietnamese and Thia area of Chicago and never tasted food like this. Shocking find in Bedford, PA. Best pork bao buns I've ever had. Delicious.

Overall I had a lovely time here. Although some say the prices are high, this type of food is not easy to perfect and make delicious. We got the Thai shrimp satay, the potstickers, and I got the special which I forgot what it was but it was pork and something. After spending a good amount of time in Thailand, the shrimp satay had a very similar and delicious flavor to that which would be made there. I just came back from Japan as well and the daily special I had was again similar in flavor and presentation which was delicious. Even after sitting in the broth for a while the pork was still crispy and delicious. The pot stickers were delicious as well, and had a crisp that stayed the whole time we ate them. The food came out hot and delicious and was more than enough to make us full. I even had to take some home. We also ordered the Thai tea which was delicious too. Overall the price may be a bit high compared to other restaurants around, but the flavor does make it worth it. Furthermore, the food being fresh and hot right at our table is even more appeasing. I recommend anyone to try this place at least once. I will be back.

A gem to find in Bedford! We had a Salmon Salad that was incredible with flavors to knock your socks off. I would order that every day if I lived here. Great decor and the staff were incredible friendly and quick to respond to requests and even entering the restaurant. GO HERE!

I ate here twice and got the mushroom udon both times. It's fantastic! I wish I lived closer to Nudl so I could eat here more often. Also, the whisky cake with ice cream is delicious, highly recommend it if you have room for dessert.

Stopped here for a quick lunch during a road trip and got the edamame salad. I wish I could eat it again every day of my life. It was crunchy, fresh, a little creamy with avocado, nice and zingy with ginger (do they make pickled ginger in house???) and basically everything you would want in a salad. I wish I could thank the women working there in person. This salad cleared my pores, resolved my anxiety, and made me a better person. I am sorry but I ate it too fast for photos.

Not an extensive menu and a little pricey but amazing food and worth every penny. I was ordering miso Ramen and add pork belly and teriyaki eggs, when the lady told me they had a special and pointed to a little sign to the side. The special was Tonkotsu, which was exactly what I was trying to put together. Saved me a few dollars, so very helpful. Also ordered sushi roll and matcha with cream without the Boba. Everything was 10/10. Would definitely recommend.
