Just like a small Willy Wonka's Chocolate Factory ?! Very welcoming atmosphere & the employees are very friendly. Their products are fairly priced, & their selection will satisfy any sweet . Great business right in downtown Bedford!

The staff in here is so nice and patient. The frozen treats and popcorn are are great and you can try them to choose your favorite. The store is very cute and the displays are well thought out. I recommend the caramel chocolate popcorn and the cotton candy Italian ice.

My 89 year old mother and I were staying at the lovely Chancellor's House B&B in Bedford and she insisted on a chocolate ice cream sundae. I went to Rita's Italian Ice & Frozen Custard shop because it was the closest. Boy did I luck out! Both servers were extremely gracious and patient trying to discern my order. They led me through a myriad of flavors and toppings for both our orders. The result was my mother explaining it was the "absolute best sundae I've ever had in my life!" My cookies and cream custard was also delish. Bravo Rita's!
