Maybe it was wrong time, wrong day, but no one was communicating, took forever, and I got a half filled coffee. Not impressed with Starbucks. Will say, the cashier Morgan was nice and tried to be helpful doing two jobs at once.

Service was rude. It was clear that the cashier was not liked even my her coworkers. She was short and kept bossing around the other baristas and back talking them. My app said I had $6.59 available and my drink my $6.32 yet the cashier kept telling me I didn't have enough for my drink. Provided no explanation just kept telling me to scan again. Also, definitely the worst pumpkin cream cold brew ive had at any location. Glad they're working in a rest stop because no one is coming out of their way to come to this starbucks

They said they cant scan for rewards, although I pointed to this sticker on their counter, then asked for a receipt and after watching them perplexed for a minute holding up the line, I said nevermind and moved on. Brainless or untrained or both.

Would rate 0 for this store. I thought starbucks sell the cup so you can bring your cup to save plastic but they just said they can’t do it and don’t even tell me why until I ask for. And they said because they are franchise. And the baristas ask me want sweet something or not and want whipping cream or not????? You should know what the receipts to make???
The employees here on 8/12/22 at 10:09 am are super friendly efficient and helpful. Definitely a great staff. Even though its busy they have an amazing attitude and work ethic. Well done ladies.
