Maybe it was wrong time, wrong day, but no one was communicating, took forever, and I got a half filled coffee. Not impressed with Starbucks. Will say, the cashier Morgan was nice and tried to be helpful doing two jobs at once.
The employees here on 8/12/22 at 10:09 am are super friendly efficient and helpful. Definitely a great staff. Even though its busy they have an amazing attitude and work ethic. Well done ladies.
It’s a Starbucks, on a Turnpike rest stop, so it’s likely to be crowded! Offerings are typical Starbucks. When we were there, the line seemed to be moving very slowly. Three employees were behind the counter with a very long line; one employee was pre-occupied with arranging pastries in the pastry cabinet for a long time, despite pleas from her co-worker for help! Oh, well. It was a Starbucks. On the Turnpike.
