I paid $15 for lunch, I had the Reuben sandwich with fries and water to drink, and it was really good. I think the fries are cut fresh with the skins left on, delicious, just like I would make at home. Then I returned the next day for lunch and had their meatloaf special(Texas toast stacked with meatloaf, mashed potatoes, and brown gravy) with coleslaw. I added a Dr. Pepper to drink. What a great place! The staff treated me as if I was a neighbor. The dill pickle cheese curds with blue cheese dip and the smoked Gouda bacon cheeseburger hit the spot. Fresh lettuce and tomato on the burger and done just right. Friendly clientele and a great atmosphere. Only one downside--strangely there were no Philadelphia Eagles posters on display! If you are passing through Bedford County, you will find Stooges an awesome place to refresh!
Top notch place to eat near Bedford. Friendly and attentive wait staff, excellent food. A surprise find for a change of pace for food after weekly visits to Bedford. Specials were awesome Buffalo chicken tot kegs had some bite with flavor, the hot beef sandwich with fries s great. Superb coleslaw to my liking. A nice selection of beverages.
