Maybe instead of making TikToks and completely forgetting your drive thru order (that sat at the window for 5 minutes) you pay attention to your window job.
Or even better apologize for the extended wait time (we were in the drive thru for over an hour) as opposed to laughing at the customer for not paying attention to your job (literally said "oh this has been sitting here for sooo long haha here's your food" and slammed the window)

It's Taco Bell. Not sure what else to say. Friendly service. Was disappointed that grilled stuft burrito no longer on the menu but I hadn't answered the call of the bell in almost a decade so I had been out of touch with what's available!

Came here late as a truck driver I can’t get under the clearance in the drive thru was refused service by the cashier saying she wasn’t comfortable with serving I felt racially discriminated upon I was clearly just wanting some to eat late night .

Ordered online for pickup in-store 10 minutes in advance. No employees at the counter or on the make-line. No other customers in drive-thru or inside. Manager sitting in the office and one employee walking around in the back. Finally flagged the employee down. Order wasn't made. I get that Breakfast isn't as busy as Lunch, but maybe it would be busier if they were more attentive. Or opened the store at 7am, not 8am when most people are already at work. Very poor service here.

This location was very pleasant staff was nice. They did have us wait for a few minutes before asking us if we had ordered yet, when we were standing in front on the register...assuming we used the kiosk but we had a question and needed a human. They were helpful after and took our order and our food came quick. Place was clean and we rang the bell on the way out and received a thank you!
