The Crystal Room at the Bedford Springs Resort offers a lovely dining experience with a beautiful atmosphere and a decent menu variety. The staff is friendly and accommodating, going the extra mile in attention to detail and service. While the food is generally fantastic and has received praise, the steak remains an exception. Service could use some improvement, especially regarding wine service. Guests have enjoyed celebrating special occasions at the restaurant, although there was some disappointment with the recent menu change to winter/fall dishes. The food quality is better than the service, but with limited options available at the resort, guests may feel they get what they get unless they choose to drive into the quaint town of Bedford. In the evening, the ambiance is affected by dim lighting and fake candles, which do not enhance the dining experience. Despite some chaotic elements during events above and in the lobby, the Crystal Room still provides a satisfying dining experience for guests at the resort.
