Lovely place to have a special celebration or dinner! The room is beautiful. The food is fantastic & the service is wonderful! They go the extra mile in attention to detail & service to you. We have celebrated many happy occasions there & will continue to do so.

We were disappointed in the menu change since we had perused the menus online and made selections. On arrival we were informed they had just changed to menu to dishes appropriate to a winter/fall season, not summer. Out server was understanding and made some helpful suggestions. We have enjoyed the restaurant in the past and were disappointed in the offerings.

Our meal (Dinner) wasn't, bad, but nothing special either. The food was better than the service, so there's that. There are only a few options available at the resort, though, so unless you want to drive into the quaint town of Bedford, albeit short, then you get what you get. This is the restaurant that is used for the breakfast buffet in the morning, so in the evening, they dim the lights and put one of those cheesy little fake candles on the table which does nothing for the ambiance or aid in reading. My suggestion would be one of these rechargeable lamps you see in so many bars and restaurants these days. This would be functional and add a little to the feel. There was an event above us in the ballroom, and live entertainment in the lobby, so between the bass of the dj above and the music coming from the lobby, it felt chaotic. (I should add that the gentleman playing in the lobby was excellent and I wouldn't been happy to hear just that. Overall is was fine, but nothing to write home about.

Wow this place was amazing! Talk about quite the luxurious dining experience! We were attending a conference at the Bedford Inn and were treated to dinner here one evening. Definitely meant to be an experience, with the meal taking a good couple hours. I had the tournedos rossina and my wife had the pork Marsala - both were excellent options! We couldn’t afford to eat like this very often but really enjoyed the taste of very fine dining!

We ate in the Crystal Dining Room on Sunday evening at 7 PM. We had a reservation, but the venue was only about half full. Food was delicious and abundant. My wife had chicken and I had shrimp; Well-prepared, served hot, and visually appealing. Our waiter (Stephen) was very knowledgeable about the menu and preparation of each dish. He was courteous, friendly and stopped by the table numerous times to ensure that we had what we wanted. Prices are above average; our bill with tip ran about $200.

A visit to Bedford Springs would not be complete without dining here. Wonderful although limited menu. Classy atmosphere and service. Scallops and pork entrees were superb, and salads were creative and beautiful. And then there is Stephen — the friendliest and most efficient waiter anywhere.
