We ate in the Crystal Dining Room on Sunday evening at 7 PM. We had a reservation, but the venue was only about half full. Food was delicious and abundant. My wife had chicken and I had shrimp; Well-prepared, served hot, and visually appealing. Our waiter (Stephen) was very knowledgeable about the menu and preparation of each dish. He was courteous, friendly and stopped by the table numerous times to ensure that we had what we wanted. Prices are above average; our bill with tip...

Our experience from the moment we were seated at our table was wonderful! We had the most delightful server, Natalie, she was so helpful, and so very friendly !! We will definitely be back to dine, and would request Natalie as our server again!!

A visit to Bedford Springs would not be complete without dining here. Wonderful although limited menu. Classy atmosphere and service. Scallops and pork entrees were superb, and salads were creative and beautiful. And then there is Stephen — the friendliest and most efficient waiter anywhere.
