Tasty ice cream with generous scoops served by friendly staff. There was only one young woman working during a busy rush and she really held it together and did a stellar job. Wish there was a way to tip on a credit card purchase!

We visited from Maryland, where we’ve found no ice cream shop as good as the LHC. The portions were generous, the prices excellent, and the array of flavors hard to beat, especially seasonal selections. One of us tried the pumpkin pie. Excellent! We also liked the availability of soft serve AND hand-dipped. The service was terrific, and we liked being able to sample the flavors. Overall, the LHC will be an obligatory stop for us Marylanders on future visits to Bedford.

First trip here. Ice cream was good and that's the only reason it gets 2 stars. When I tell you the 2 girls behind the counter HATE their jobs that is an understatement. The smaller of the 2 had an eye roll and a sigh with every customer request. There was literally no smiles, no your welcome after a thank you. I have never seen someone so miserable at their jobs than these 2. We stopped because we have drove by a million times but will stick with our regular place where they have great customer service. I understand people have bad days but when kind word and smiles from customers make you annoyed it's time to find a new job.

This was my first visit to the Lincoln Highway Creamery and I was impressed! Often the best places are diamonds in the rough. When we arrived the parking lot had me wondering. The building itself isn't impressive but the service and ice cream was! Many options to try and the employees were polite and efficient. I will definitely be back soon! I've been back many times since this first review. They are often busy but the friendly service and large selection of flavors make every trip worth the wait!

Decent prices, good ice cream. Would go again! . They have a great variety of flavors so it was fun to browse. The quality itself was good and had a great taste. The ice cream itself was decent though could've been a little more flavorful and creamy.

My family and I come camping several times throughout the summer to friendship Village and it’s been a wonderful tradition to get ice cream from your creamery every night. There are five of us so we are spending a lot of money on ice cream. Last year, (2024) the staff was very friendly and always got our orders perfect! This year, it has been a challenge to get our orders right, and some of the staff have not been friendly. Several different trips, and we have had an upside down banana split without the bananas and we received a strawberry shortcake sundae instead of a strawberry cheesecake sundae. Today we ordered two s’mores sundaes and didn’t get what the description said on the menu. We didn’t want to complain but simply wanted to let the girl know what happened, because this is now the third time in three days. She was not nice at all. Not what I would want representing my establishment. The young man however, who is now working, is very nice.
